The location was great; centrally located in Brandon. Aaron was very responsive when I did reach out with a question but we did not encounter any problems during our stay. Plenty of towels & a full size coffee maker (huge plus).

House was in great location! Beautifully renovated inside. The shower pressure in master bath itself was worth the trip. House was very clean. The only 2 comments would be that the microwave is broken (can be used by holding it closed) and the master bathroom toilet runs on and off all the time. Very minor things. I will definately stay here again when i return at the end of March if its available.

Escaped the MidWest Cold

The house is updated, well equipped for cooking & accommodates 6 adults well. Quick access to major roadways makes getting around easy. Good communication regarding check in & needs. We will keep this property in mind for future trips.

Very Busy Street

Only thing I would change is adding a grab bar in the MBR showerOverall it was very nice and close to Tampa which is what we needed since my daughter was running the Gasparilla races.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at Aaron’s place while playing in a senior softball tournament in the area. The house was great and there are several things to do and places to eat close by. We had a great time and our host responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. The water would get cold when taking multiple showers back to back but not a dealbreaker. We would stay again. Thanks Aaron, for the use of your beautiful house.

Will definitely book there again!

I just had the best stay at this VRBO that I absolutely loved! The place was gorgeous and had such a warm, inviting feel. It was super clean and had everything one could possibly need, making it feel like a real home and not just a hotel room. The host was really great too—very responsive and quick to help out when we had a small issue. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The area felt really safe, so we could explore without any worries. Plus, being able to wash and dry our clothes before we left was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Close to cross creek ranch

Really close to cross creek ranch, but it’s on a very busy road. You can hear every time someone hits the sewer lid on the main road. The house was very clean.

Microwave was broken but they did have a tiny one on the counter. The property waas located directly on a busy road, so traffic noise was terrible. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Back porch was filty and full of bugs due to missing/broken screens. Grill was junky and old. Outdoor kitchen not set up. Asked for late checkout (12pm instead of 10 am) and was charged 50 extra. Huge Charlie Kirk flag in neighbor's yard behind the property, which I wasn't offended by, but others might be.

Good stay and ample space at a fair price

Stay was good, house was nice and clean, check-in was easy, manager gave us late check-out upon request (additional charge) everything worked properly, neighborhood is older, but nice in my opinion. Plenty of parking space in front of house, Near by restaurants and supermarkets. Communication was excellent, Wi-Fi was on point, beds were comfortable. Only downside was the noise from the main street at night, but i felt like i was ok with it by the second night. Like my tittle says, Good stay and ample space at a fair price.

As an frequent VRBO user, I was extremely disappointed. So much to cover. To say it was located on a "Noisy, Busy" street is an understatement. The house is located about 50' off a 4 Lane Main Highway. Regardless of the "Circle Drive" entering and exiting the property is difficult. Traffic "ALL" day and night.The house itself is obviously being renovated however, a LOT of work remains. Full garbage cans were out when we arrived and were still in the driveway 3 days later when we left. Sink in the Master Bath does not drain properly. Neighbors behind Master BR have a dog that barks constantly and have a huge flood light that shines through the BR Windows all night and cannot be blocked due to inadequate window coverings (throughout the house). We were unable to connect to the WiFi and when we contacted the host his reply was "Thats Strange, I have never had that happen". The kitchen had 2 Dishtowels, No dish rags. A filthy sponge however was left on the sink with the detergent. There were no baking dishes, no baking sheets, no bowls for mixing/prep, no large serving forks, knives, etc. There was an empty plastic cup sitting on a shelf in the kitchen. The A/C was set at 72 upon arrival & was not cool at all. We constantly had to adjust to get it to cool. Housekeeping has a lot to be desired. The yard was a mess the front door entrance area was filthy and unswept. SSOOO MUCH MORE....... I have pics to support it all. Not the normal VRBO experience.

This Lady is just a discount hunter. She asked for a discount because they were attending a funeral (Which I gave) I responded about 3 times explaing what each letterr was on the wifi password, and its true, ive never had someone so incompetent they couldnt type it in. I asked what wifi She was trying to access thinking maybe she was trying to access the wrong one, and she never responded. She never once messaged me about anything else. I am always happy to correct whatever a guest may believe is wrong. Upon checking out they immediately asked VRBO for a discount and told them She would send pictures and never did. She admitted to them that she didn‘t message me and ask about any problem. She said she didnt know how to contact me? How would a frequest VRBO user who just contact me about the wifi not know? The AC was set on 72 when I arrived and the temperature was 72.. not sure whats wrong with that. Definitely wouldn’t rent to this discount hunter again.

Nice location but Noisy

The house overall was nice place to stay. Close to things we were going to. I agree with other reviews that road noise is pretty bad. There is a metal grate or something that cars will drive over that makes lots of noise, so have earplugs or loud sound machine to help. The master bathroom was tight but functionable. Internet worked great as I used to watch sports on my phone. All in all house worked well

Great House

This house was 25 minutes from the airport and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The house was very cleans and comfy. The host Aaron was amazing throughout this entire process. he was responsive and very accommodating. This was my first time booking a house in Tampa and I will definitely book this house again for future visits.

Overall a nice stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The house was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed for a short stay. Aaron was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. It's important to note that the shower in the house is highly recommended! It's almost like a "wellness area." The only drawback, which we were aware of in advance, was the main road right outside the front door. It was very noisy. But as I said, we knew there was a road there. Otherwise, everything was fine. Great communication and clean space

The Host was wonderful about answering any questions we had. Always answered right away. he house had new flooring and was very clean. We went for. Wedding at Cross Creek Ranch which was about 5 minutes away. Only downfall is that it sits on a 4 lane road and you definitely hear the traffic. But the house was just right for the 5 adults in our group. Only so it was perfect f the 4 lane road
