Our guest cottage is the perfect spot if you are coming to Knoxville for a UT football game or if you just need a convenient "hub" for visiting the Knoxville area.

Located in the heart of West Knoxville, only 15 minutes from Neyland Stadium and McGhee Tyson airport, this 2 bedroom 1,600 square foot detached guest cottage is situated on 6.6 wooded acres in a private neighborhood.

Constructed in 2017, our guest cottage has everything you need for a comfortable weekend stay:

- Bedroom # 1 - queen bed
- Bedroom # 2 - two (2) twin beds
- Air mattress available upon request

- Full bathroom with fresh bath linens for 4 people

- Fully-equipped kitchen including:
- Keurig coffee maker (complimentary K-cups provided)
- Convection oven & microwave
- Electric stove
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishes and utensils
- Pots, pans, baking sheets

- Large dining area (seats 8)
- Spacious and comfortable living room area
- Smart TV with Roku and DVD player
- Fast fiber internet with secure Wi-Fi network

Large open living and dining area that was nicely decorated. Twin beds in one room were great for my kids. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay again!

If I could give 10 stars I would. EVERY detail from the furnishings, bedding, location was perfect. In the middle of wooded acres we were still close to the Tennessee campus and restaurants.

This place is so comfortable. We unfortunately spent very little time in the cabin and did not get to enjoy all it had to offer. Location is peaceful yet close to everything.

PEACEFUL AND PERFECT!

Such a lovely property and amazing hosts! It is a beautiful property and so quiet! It was spotless, and we had everything that we could have possibly needed. It is a secluded guest cabin to the main house, but we never felt like we were intruding. We loved the privacy, but still conveniently close to downtown. We would most definitely stay here again in the future! Above & Beyond expectations!

Weekend trip

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. We booked this gem last minute and couldn’t have worked out better. We came up for a long weekend trip to Dollywood and go to the game Saturday. Communication with property managers was excellent.

Weekend in Knoxville/game day

We absolutely love the property. We would go back. We were very happy with the ease with which we checked in and communication with the property manager was perfect. Place with spacious and clean. It was close enough to Knoxville to go to the game and Stay away from the downtown area. One note is you will feel like you’re out in the woods even though you’re close to a major city. Had an amazing visit.

Perfect Cottage!

We came to Knoxville to visit our daughter and attend a Tennessee football game at Neyland. The cottage was the perfect place as a base for the game and a place to spend some quiet family time. The host of this property is fantastic. Prompt and precise communications from day 1 and very accomodating. The cottage is lovely more then we even imagined. Property was spotless and well appointed AND the host had gone the extra mile to include some very welcoming and nice touches like waters in the fridge and snacks in the drawers so after our long drive we could relax a bit before running to the store. The front porch is so nice for reading and enjoying some nature and solitude. The back had a great basketball hoop to get some energy out. There is a nice big table for eating together or playing board games. The location is perfect. 20 minutes max from University of Tennessee and close to shopping and restaurants in West Knox if you don't want to venture downtown. We look forward to staying at his property again the next time we come down to Knoxville!

Lovely!

As shown in the photos, this property is a beautifully furnished bungalow with a well-equipped galley kitchen that has counter seating on the side of the large and gracious, yet comfortable dining space and great room. Personal touches made us feel we were at a friend’s home. Communication with property owner was a breeze. Thanks for a lovely stay!
