Step into our second floor modern apartment, Brand new build, 3 bedrooms 2 Bathrooms very spacious full kitchen and pantry. 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville 25 minutes from Sevierville 28 minutes from Pigeon Forge 32 from Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains. Our open concept space is perfect for families, group or solo travelers. Weather you are here for work or a Vols game or a Concert ... or just want to spend time with family, This is the perfect home for you. Our goal is to make your stay as easy as possible. Just make notice the first floor is occupied but completely independent.

With Garage for one car and outside space for two more. Also we have a grill and back patio you can use! and a fire pit. williams creek golf course 6 minutes away whitle springs golf course 12 minutes three ridges golf course 18 minutes holston hills coutry club 5 minutes away crogers 7 minutes. curtains on the property for a good nights sleep.

Fantastic place! Very spacious, extremely clean and comfy. We loved our stay here. Convenient to downtown Knoxville and UT. Pleasant area to walk in the morning with our coffee! Pedro was very welcoming and a wonderful host. Definitely hope to stay here again.

I moved my daughter into UTK and this property was beautiful and very clean! The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We are looking forward to our stay for Parent Weekend and highly recommend !

Baseball Showcase

We had to find somewhere in Knoxville close to UT for our son’s baseball showcase. We loved the simplicity of the house and how modern everything was. The house was clean and well-decorated and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again if in the area.

The house was beautiful and super clean. The pictures do not do it justice. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and after dinner drinks. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in before 4pm. We would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful space in peaceful river neighborhood

Super clean, and I am a clean freak! The space is so open, inviting, and very spacious. Lovely appointments and attention to detail. The host was exceptionally helpful to us and responds very quickly to inquiries. We loved walking in the neighborhood. It is peaceful and quiet and the kind of neighborhood where everyone is out walking, working in the yard or sitting on the porch. We had a great stay here and would love to return.

Beautiful and great location!

We visited for a TN Vols game with another couple and the place was great! Easy access to downtown and lots of house space for two couples. Kitchen was stocked with the basics for light cooking and there were a few beers in the fridge for our arrival. (We left some too.) The place was comfortable, clean and new! We parked in the garage. There were other vehicles parked there too. Presumably the owners. Apartment is on the second level and there was construction on the first level during our check out day. It was loud but since we were on our way out, it did not impact our stay. Pedro was a gracious host and very responsive.

So spacious!

It was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of space to spread out. It still smelled like new construction. The owner was easy to contact if I had any questions, they responded quickly. Quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Just know that you must walk up stairs to get inside, this wasn’t a problem for us. Overall a great experience!

Knoxville Weekend

The house was just as described. Well done and updated. The bluetooth speakers throughout the house were awesome. We would go back and stay there anytime. The only items that are worth pointing out are that the unit is on the second floor, so you will need to climb stairs to access the house, and that there are very few provisions provided like spices or other staples in a kitchen if you plan to eat at the house. Other than those two details this house was exceptional.

5 star accommodations!

We stayed for the Vols game and the place was immaculate! Beds, towels, kitchen, everything perfect and super clean. Thank you Pedro! It is about a 12-15 min ride to the university. It is in a rural area but not too far from stuff to do. We would stay again for sure! Might need a hair dryer for other guests, I was thankful I brought one. That is the only tip I have.

Absolute perfection…

We booked this property for our family to enjoy Family Weekend at UT. It was a heavenly escape at the end of each day! The drive to/from campus was a peaceful 15 min. drive with little/no traffic once outside the immediate campus area. The attention to detail in the design elements was impressive. The beds and linens were far superior to any other property we have enjoyed in the past. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful in the basic supplies provided. A new Dollar General a short distance from the property served as an easy source for the additional items we needed for the weekend. From booking thru checkout (& beyond) we could not have asked for a better host. When our family meets in Knoxville for future visits, we will not look for will not look for different properties. We have found our place!

Cozy "House" (Apartment/Condo)

Technically speaking, yes, this is a house, but you as the guest only get access to the upstairs portion (the owners - I believe - live directly under Ina separate area, but we never saw or heard from them). This is definitely not a deal breaker, though, as there were still plenty of rooms (3), with plenty of beds (7), and plenty of bathrooms (2 full). The showers were amazing and everything was very modern and clean. We really enjoyed the fact that the property had a fire pit as well, as it was a treat to be able to enjoy TN at night around a fire! The property was close to downtown, but the city (unfortunately) isn't very "traversable" by Uber so that is something to keep in the back of your mind if you plan on staying in the city. Overall, we are very impressed with where we stayed and would recommend it to anyone who may be traveling to Knoxville in the future.

Excellent Accommodations

This “apartment” was new, modern, clean…in pristine condition…what you would expect and want in your own home ! A flight of steps to access the apartment might be the only drawback, especially with little ones or the elderly. We were able to manage with a toddler by keeping the deadbolt locked while we were in residence…. The host was courteous and responsive to questions or minor issues…It is within easy reach of Knoxville. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Quiet and beautiful

The countryside was a beautiful short drive from the city. The house is high tech and comfortable. There were 18 stairs to get up to the living quarters which is no problem if you are able. The owners always responded quickly if there were any questions. I would definitely stay here again
