Apollo 601 renovated 3 bed/2bath + double balcony overlooking beach

Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, corner unit. Meals are a pleasure to prepare in fully-equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer in-unit. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, toys & beach wagon. Also listed on competitive site as SUPERHOST with over 80 reviews.

Play on the famous 6 mile long crescent beach or view it from the comfort of the balcony, primary bedroom or living room. Swim in the common heated pool & relax in the hot tub when not swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. Eat in (or order to go) at Sunset Grill Restaurant on the ground floor of the building when you don't want to cook. Borrow tennis rackets from the front desk to play tennis on the newly painted tennis courts.

This has been our family seasonal home since the building was built, so the kitchen is stocked with additional items such as coffee grinder, blenders, stand mixer, serving platters, plethora of baking equipment and pots. After a full day exploring the local area, return to cook and relax "at home".

Infant pack & play, high chair, umbrella stoller, kids toys and books in the unit. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, fishing nets, bags, towels and lots more for a great day at the beach. All available for your use and stored in the in-unit laundry room

Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hotel sized toiletries supplied at check-in. Sheets and towels laundered by cleaning team. However please wash and dry beach towels before departure.

Note: Non-Smoking & no pets per building rules. $45 parking fee due to building association due at check-in. Only two cars per unit.

Guest access
Entire 3 bedroom condo will be used by only your family. Pool, hot tub, gym and tennis courts are in the common area

We have stayed in this condo before. Good space for 5 adults. View is excellent, communication re property was excellent.Well stocked kitchen and beach gear.1- bedroom could use some updating….

Marco Beach Vacation

The complex is very convenient to the beach and the staff is very friendly as well. The unit was well equipped and it was great having a full kitchen and laundry. Owner was very communicative and check in process was a breeze.

Beautiful!

This condo has beautiful views! Comfortable and clean, ample seating on the patio to enjoy meals and sunsets. Kay was very easy to work with, check in was great. The only issue is with one of the bedrooms with the second large bed, the bed seems to be on the floor(no frame) and the room does not have a dresser or closet for storing clothes. Not truly a bedroom. It would be better to put the twin beds in this space for families with kids and move an adult bed into the room next to the 2nd bathroom. The second couple in our group ended up sleeping in the bedroom with twin beds so they had a place to store their clothes and watch tv in the late evenings. Can’t beat the views from this place!

Family vacation

When we checked into the room, we noticed the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guests. There had been heavy storms that week which resulted in standing water on the balcony. I called the owner and she had it remedied within one hour. She was communicative and very supportive We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has a beautifully renovated interior, very bright and cheerful. It was immaculately clean and well supplied. The condo has everything you’d need for a beach vacation. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and a great pool area. The owners were very accommodating. We’ll be back next year.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful, clean, great views ,up to date with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The shells on the beach were incredible . The only negative I can give is that the property closes the pool and especially the hot tub down at sunset and the restaurant bar closes very early as well

My family of 5 stayed at this Condo over Thanksgiving 2023! The Condo was very clean and the perfect location! Anne and her husband Henry were very attentive to any requests we had! Would definitely rent this Condo again next Thanksgiving on Marco Island!!

Great Condo!

We have been coming to Marco Island for ten years and have stayed at several other units in the Apollo and this is by far our favorite unit. It’s fully updated, very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Anne was great to work with too! We will definitely be back!

This is a great place, beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It is a quiet area with lots of space on the beach. Very clean and surprisingly nice staff when you arrive.

Beautiful Condo and Location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Marco Island. It was clean, spacious, and the location was absolutely amazing. The owner has made sure that, short of perishable food and personal items, the condo has everything you would need for the beach, cooking meals, and relaxing. The view from the extended balcony was beautiful and the beach was only a stone’s throw away. If we are ever lucky enough to plan another trip to Marco Island, we will definitely stay there again!

Close and Easy stay on the beach

Anne’s place was fantastic. Ridiculously close and convenient to South Marco Beach. Anne is by far the most organized and best communication by a host we have stayed with. Her details were clear and concise. You have an assigned parking spot that was great and it was under the tennis courts which provided shade and protection from rain. We checked in the Saturday before July 4th so it was very busy but the check in was smooth and easy. The building staff were friendly and efficient. The view of the beach from the window and patio is the first thing you see when you walk in and it is breathtaking. The condo was spotless and we are picky about cleanliness. There is plenty of beach supplies so no need to bring your own. There are chairs, coolers, umbrellas, noodles, baby float, games, goggles, boogie boards, sand toys, towels and a wagon to cart it all down with. The ease of going to the beach was nice. This was one of the best stocked Vrbo we have been to. They have spices, plenty of pots and pans and silverware. There was even sunscreen and lotion in the master bathroom. Anne gives a list of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We tried several of them and they were all great. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. If there was only one thing that could be improved it would be the sofas in the living room - they weren’t the most comfy but would not at all stop me from renting again. Thanks Anne for the great communication and memorable stay.

One week in paradise

Anne-Marie is an outstanding host. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and supplied with everything we needed. We had an amazing view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets ever! Everything was clean and well-maintained. We felt like we had the best location in the Apollo. The balcony was large in comparison to some others and located on the south west corner so we had views in both directions. The pool was lovely, parking was convenient and we enjoyed the convenience of having the Sunset Grill on the ground floor. We definitely hope to book with her again.

Our family purchased this unit before the building was built and have enjoyed it for many decades. It is so great to just sit on the balcony to observe the water and the beach activities. However so easy to go down the elevator to get to the pool and beach.
