Experience Marco Island like a local in this 3-bedroom condo. This phenomenal property offers a soothing escape for guests. Great for large families or a group of friends on vacation, with three bedrooms including two king beds and 2 full beds. This pleasant retreat offers all the comforts of a home. Breath taking views to The Gulf of America, with private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage room. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more. We hope you enjoy what our place and Marco Island has to offer.

As usual, this condo was very clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Marco Island.

Wonderful family stay. The apartment layout is spacious and functional. Beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We will definitely be staying there again.

Another great stay at The Somerset! Beautiful updated condo with all the amenities needed for a multi age family of 6. The opened up kitchen and island made the space seem much larger than others and still had room for a large dining table and sectional sofa. One of our favorite units so far. And beautiful views always a plus when staying here also.

Wonderful property

We had a blast, easy check in and check out, the unit is very clean, well maintained and full of comfort, the beds are very comfortable and linens clean, the kitchen is well stocked. Very easy to communicate with the agent Katalina

Another great stay at Somerset condo

We have enjoyed coming to stay in this Somerset condo for 3 consecutive years - and it continues to be a comfortable, spacious condo, providing plenty of space for our family to settle in and enjoy the week! We spent mornings at the beach and pool - and there was considerably less building construction going on this time, too, which made for a quieter stay. We hope to be back next year!!

Best family vacation

The condo was beautiful and the location couldn't get any better. The ocean view from the condo was mesmerizing and breathtaking. From seeing dolphins swimming in the ocean every morning to sunset dance parties on the balcony, family memories were made. Plenty of places to walk to and amazing shells found on the beach. The kids aged 5 and 2 thought it was the best ever. The complex is well maintained, and everyone we encountered (residents and visitors) were very friendly. I can definitely see us coming back again.
