Step into our cozy home away from home, located in the heart of Bentonville just a few steps away from Slaughter Pen MTB Trails AND Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art.  This is a true Bike-In/Bike-Out location with the Tech Hub trailhead less than 100 feet from the front door.


After a rad ride or inspiring tour through Crystal Bridges, relax in our spacious, open-concept living room - complete with comfy seating, bright windows, and a 65" Smart TV.  Entertain your crew with a Chef-ready, fully-stocked kitchen complete with all kitchen supplies and plenty of prep space you need to create your favorite meals. Don’t want to cook? No problem, just a short ride to Bentonville’s best restaurants as well as plenty of delivery options.


Still can’t get enough of the beautiful outdoors? Pull up a chair and relax next to our smokeless fire-pit and take in the tranquil nighttime sights and sounds of our quiet neighborhood. You might even spot a local herd of deer resting in our yard or the local curious groundhog.


Sleep well at night knowing that your bikes are safe in weather-proof, lockable, and secure storage. Need to make a quick repair or install a new accessory you found at one of the local bike shops (there are 4 within 2 miles)? There is a complimentary bike repair stand and basic bike tools for use during your stay.


At the end of an adventure-packed day, choose from one of our four relaxing bedrooms, three with Queen sized beds and one with a Twin-over-Full bunk. All rooms have brand new memory foam mattresses, new fan & light fixtures, ample closet space with storage and Queen rooms feature 42" Smart TV’s.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
