For water enthusiasts, the outdoor area includes 30 feet of deepwater dockage with ocean access via Sister Creek, as well as a fish cleaning table and a bait freezer for your fishing needs. ••• This home is pet friendly (maximum of 2 dogs only) with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"Such a great spot! We had a fantastic stay in Marathon. The pool was a hit with the kids (the gate on the stairs locks for pool safety). We docked our boat right at the house, very convenient. The house was as described, lots of towels, linens etc. Less than 5 minute drive to Sombrero Beach, perfect spot for snorkeling, soaking in the sun and playing in the sand."

"Kon Tiki was the perfect vacation getaway! The house was beautiful with fantastic water views for both sunrise & sunset! The backyard was just what we were looking for with a private pool and shaded tiki hut for lounging. Great place to relax & enjoy the island lifestyle!"

"Kon-Tiki is in an outstanding location, and offers so many outdoor activities! We launched the house kayaks in the canal from the house dock, and paddled through the canals of beautiful homes, boats, and mangroves to the ocean's edge and back. We rode the bicycles provided, and walked to Sombrero beach. We relaxed in the pool, and on the dock. We rented a boat for three days, and docked it at the house. We went cruising, snorkeling, and fishing in it. The back yard is very private and beautiful, with palm trees and lush vegetation. The kitchen is beautiful, and well-stocked. We cooked several times. I liked the deep washer and dryer. The upstairs, king size bed was comfortable. There is a lot of closet space."
