Relax after your day of Colorado adventures and enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Kid friendly home with enough room for everyone. Large walk-in shower with dual rain showerheads' in the Master Bathroom. Relax in the 6 person hot tub open year round.
Peaceful neighborhood close to downtown Grand Junction. 5 minute drive to the grocery store, gas station, convenience store, car wash, Colorado Mesa University and the Grand Valley off-road trails. Centrally located in the Grand Valley nestled between the fruit orchards of Palisade & the mountain bike scene in Fruita, Colorado. A quick scenic 45 minutes drive is the Grand Mesa National Forest where Powderhorn Ski Resort is nestled away. After a day of exploring the Grand Valley enjoy the Western Colorado sunset while relaxing in the 6 person hot tub.

We love to share with others the epic wonders of Western Colorado. We work here, live here, and adventure here. We love spending time finding new trails to explore with our Dog, Ziggy. Western Colorado holds a special place in our hearts and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!
Even though we both have full-time day jobs as Western Colorado's premier adventure guides, we are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Majority of our time is spent guiding adventures around Western Colorado with sometimes limited service.
