Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level deck as well an extremely short walk to private beach access (Chowan Street Beach Access). This house is a 2-story house with a dry entry. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed (Master with Full Bathroom), 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 twin bunk beds), and a full bath. The 2nd floor includes a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 5), a dining room table with seating for 6, and a living room with an oversized sofa. Smart TV's in all 3 BRs and living room. Both levels have front and back porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor furniture is available. Outdoor shower is available under the house.

Amazing restaurants nearby including Chili Peppers (walking distance) and Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 3 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Bed sheets, pillows, covers (quilts/comforters), and bath towels are provided. Ring Spotlight Camera is installed at the front of the property for security purposes.

This was our first time in the outer banks and this house was perfect for our family getaway. Loved the plentiful parking, the full kitchen, outdoor shower, laundry on site, TVs in every room, and walking access to the beach. We felt central to everything, from food to history spots to recreation. The place has lovely decor and the kids especially loved all the little details, like the shell shaped plates in the kitchen. Check in and out was super easy and reasonable. Would stay here again!

Overall great experience from booking through exit. Amazingly close to the beach with a welcoming local community. Place suited all our needs and beyond. Family had a great time and 100% would book again.

The location of this house is amazing. There was adequate space for guests and the number of full bathrooms was good. I did find that there were areas like the kitchen and bathroom that were not very clean. Kitchen drawers were dirty inside and toilets were not all the way cleaned. The ring doorbell was unfortunately used to monitor our movements and not just for security. I grew up going to the OBX and it is a very laid back place where you felt like you could enjoy friends that were also staying there at other houses with no problems visiting at others rentals. But that does not seem to be the case at all places. If you have a rental you should be willing to trust those that stay to take care of your home. I did not feel as relaxed as I had hoped during my stay with a camera that monitored my comings and goings.

Really amazing place. Exceeded my expectations. 100 yards from the beach tops, outside shower was clutch. Host was responsive and accommodating has everything you need. Location was not to crowded family street beach is never crazy crowded either. 5 stars for sure

Our stay was great. Kids loved the bunk beds. We ate almost every meal at the outdoor table and watched the storms blow in. Owner was responsive to all questions and was great. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This was such a wonderful place to stay and in a great location! The walk to the beach was a breeze, even with small children and making multiple trips back and forth in a day. It was also within walking distance of a restaurant and brew thru. The owner was wonderful and super responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice vacation home and short walk to beach.

We loved this house. Everything was super comfortable. The deck with the view of the dunes, ocean and sunrise was beyond perfect for us. The kitchen is spacious as was every other room in the house. The host/property manager was extremely attentive to all our needs. It was a very short walk to the beach and we were lucky with the beautiful weather.

Well appointed and perfect location

House was the perfect fit for our family for a quick spring break getaway. The beach and a restaurant all within walking distance made it all the better. The kiddos loved the handful of toys found and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view from the deck. We plan to come back and stay again in the Warner months!

So close to the beach and everything else!

The house was great and has ocean views from the top deck. You can also see the water from the side decks and the living room. You can watch the sunrise from one deck and sunset from the other side of the house. Street is quiet and you can hear the shore at night. The house is within walking distance of the pier and 2-3 other restaurants. Grocery stores are a few minutes drive. Wright Brothers Museum is a few minutes away and worth the trip. Roanoke Island is 10 mins, to see Manteo and Lost Colony museum. Overall we loved our time there and hope to go back!

Excellent/Great Location

The house was very clean and amazing! It was just as expected and perfect for our long weekend. Check in was easy and owner was super responsive! Everything was great! Location was anmazing and very quiet. It was literally minutes walk to the beach. The upper deck was perfect for the family to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze and for the kids to run around!! Nice surprise was the hanging hammock swings in the car port.

Awesome house walking distance from the beach

We had an amazing week in Kill Devil Hills, and it started at this awesome house! Easy communication with the property manager and the pictures look just like the house! Area is quiet too, beach is less than a block away. The dune you climb to get to the beach leads to a lesser populated beach area which was great too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house, great location!

The house was great! We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the upper deck! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed amd the house was very clean. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this house and stay again!

Beach dream

This property was amazing from top to bottom. We were a 2 family group 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-16. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently and we even got some great recommendations on restaurants and local activities. This place had everything we needed. Great views and amenities. Highly recommend

Good time at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach rental. The location steps away from the beach was great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The Property Host was very helpful in taking care of our needs and quick to respond to any concerns.
