The minute you step through the front gate, you’ll be given the gift of privacy with a courtyard in front and a large deck in back. This much-sought-after rental is located on one of the scenic lakes within SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, with the Gulf of Mexico close by. When you return from activities, there’s an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse.

The entire townhouse has high end updates including extensive shiplap and inspirational coastal décor. The modernized kitchen is fully stocked and provides all the necessary implements for your culinary pleasure. There’s a high-top dining table just right for memorable meals. The living area with seating for all invites you to laze in front of an entertainment center. But you’ll be tempted to spend more time on the amazing deck, overlooking the water with a unique view of the masterfully designed area. The large outdoor living area is complete with ample seating, a dining area and grill. Inside, there’s a wet bar.

The primary bedroom is located on the second level and guests will enjoy the private balcony as well as the huge ensuite bathroom that has a soaking tub. On the first level, there are two additional king suites with their own ensuite bathrooms and a choice of being able to enjoy the front courtyard or the back deck area. Upstairs, the loft provides an entertainment area with extra sleeping space.

A 6-seat golf cart is provided, and you’re not far from shopping and dining that makes Miramar Beach one of the most visited beaches in Northwest Florida.
