Welcome to Kazanu, an adults only - clothing optional, residence located in beautiful St.Martin / St .Maarten in the Caribbean. We are located in the charming village of Oyster Pond, close to the border of this duo nation French & Dutch Caribbean Island. The sun and sea temperature are all year around 28C or 82F is making it the perfect environment to enjoy naturism at its best.

Acerca de su propietario/a
Propietario/a: TIM ROOSENS
Kazanu Residence is owned by Tim & his Sister Anke. Their parents moved to St.Maarten / St.Martin from Belgium more than 30years ago. Tim lives at Kazanu and manages the property. He is also the owner of the famous ice cream shop Gelateria Milano which is located at the beginning of the boardwalk in Philipsburg. He took over the shop after a career change in the marine industry due to Hurricane Irma in 2017 and is loving it ever since. His love for the ocean has not left him though and he spends his free time Windsurfing at Orient Beach where he first started when he was a beach-boy working as a teenager in his spear time and holidays at the family Brink's Club Orient's water-sports with Australians Garry & Kerry Whitfield.
Tim also takes care of vacation rental property right above the Gelato shop in Frontstreet. You can find some info about that and other locations on this link.
Anke started off her professional career as a Captain on yachts and the Edge passenger Ferry running daily to St. Barth's and Saba. She was also relief Captain on some Megayachs that use the Island as their hub and she sailed large yachts across the Ocean to Europe and the USA. She then opened her own Company Liferaftsetc, a marine safety service company that keeps her super busy but you may see her show her face sometimes on the weekend :)
Anke & Tim who are both adventurers who can recommend a variety of activities on and around the island or leave you in peace to enjoy the amazing ocean views and relaxing island atmosphere.
Another great detail about these two is that their mother language is Dutch but they went to school first in English and then swapped to French on the French side of the Island and they even speak Spanish and Local Creole and have some communication skills in German as well as Italian in the Family, making it super easy to communicate in 7 languages !

This property was build by an elderly French couple with the intention to continue to share their passion for Naturism so no details where spared to make this a perfect spot for vacationing while enjoying the freedom of life without clothes. The sun and sea temperature are all year around 28C or 82F is making it the perfect environment to enjoy naturism at its best. The world famous Orient bay beach ( which is regularly in the top 15 of the worlds best beaches ) also happens to be the official Nude beach ( authorized by Prefectural Decree). This beach is a quick 15min drive from the residence. Tim & his Sister grew up a few streets down the road so purchasing this property recently was close to their heart.

This home away from home will make your daydreams of island life a reality & where naturism is made easy to enjoy the lovely tropical garden downstairs, Soak in the sun on the sunbaths with old and new friends during the day around the pool and feel the quiet and relaxing trade winds on your bare skin in the evening while you read a book on the balcony looking out to turquoise waters and plan your next day’s adventure on and around this dual nation Island.
