The house was very well maintained and clean. the welcoming hosts provided some drinks and fresh towels upon arrival. We wished the pool would have been better maintained so we did not get to spend much time there but the hosts did try to get the pool man to come for us. This was the perfect sized house for two people and was great to come back to the lovely AC after a long day at the beach.

Beautiful stay

Charming, clean, and quiet, it was exactly what we needed to decompress on vacation. The patio and plunge pool are lovely, and you are close to everything. The stairs to the bedroom are tricky if you get up in the middle of the night, but are not a deal-breaker at all. We had a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Stay

This location and villa was a perfect and relaxing place for two people who just retired. Sabine was a very gracious host and very quick to respond to all my questions. We wanted a place that was private and quiet and this villa more than met our needs.

Lovely spot!

We love staying with Sabine at Mangorient. The unit we stayed in this time has its own private little dip pool which is perfect to cool off. We didn’t need anything as the kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals. The property manager Christine and Sabine are very helpful not only with anything we need but with what to see and do on the island. We will definitely stay again!

Great place for two

We stayed here for two weeks. The location is perfect, within walking distance of orient village. A peaceful, relaxing space. Sabine is very helpful.

39th Wedding Anniversary

We enjoyed a week at this condo.,great location, plunge pool, kitchen but no washer/dryer as was indicated. Very safe and quiet. Our hostess, Saben, was very helpful.

Great rental property

We rented the Green Unit and we were very happy with it. Owners corresponded well and host, Christine, was great! Well supplied kitchen and everything worked well. As someone mentioned before the stairs to the loft are quite steep so that’s the only thing I would watch if you have mobility issues. There is, however, a sofa bed on the main level if need be. Loved having our own pool and patio space. This was our 7th time to St Martin. Thank you for sharing your unit Sabine and Suzon.

Checked all the boxes

We were looking for accommodations close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. This location was perfect. The size of the unit was great for two people. The kitchen was adequately supplied for cooking meals although the pots and pans could use replacing. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Great two week vacation. Thank you!

The perfect vacation place

We stayed at Mango green house. What a wonderful place for 2 people: spotless clean with the huge selection of kitchen equipment. Christina was very helpful. We are considering to be back with the kids and grandkids in the bigger house on this property.

Mango Green was great!

The property was as advertised and there was nothing unexpected in a negative way. Nice and clean, bright and open. Sliding door to outdoor area with the mini pool. There is an automated shutter to put down at night to block the morning sun.We had daily visits from a beautiful iguana who liked laying on top of the fence by the pool. He/she liked the lettuce that we would put up there when we saw him/her. However, if you choose to leave food for an iguana please be sure to look on line to ensure that you are not giving them something harmful to them. Leafy vegetables are fine. Our oven did not work properly one day. A brand new oven was inserted within hours. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and all of the appropriate gadgets and small appliances. There is a choice of European or North American coffee makers. This is a very secure and gated property with on site parking just outside the door of the suite. Property managers are on site and always available if you require assistance. If you stay here and are Canadian, we left a couple of whisky glasses that say Winnipeg on them and a beer glass that you should recognize. So, raise a glass to Canada. Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The plunge pool was a nice addition and the location was great for getting oriented to this part of the island. Close to the beach and supermarkets.
