En la bahía de Marigot, en alquiler muy bonito estudio decorado con buen gusto. Ubicado en una residencia segura con su piscina y su playa privada con vista al Mar Caribe y la isla de Anguila.
Estudio con aire acondicionado, cama doble, sofá cama (cama supletoria) y TV de pantalla plana.(caja fuerte pequeña)
Una cocina equipada con nevera, vitrocerámica, campana extractora, microondas, vajilla, utensilios, cafetera, tostadora, agua caliente. (Más del mínimo que he proporcionado: sal, pimienta, aceite, café, azúcar, lavavajillas ...)
Un baño con ducha (agua caliente) y zona de aseo. Secador de pelo y mesa y plancha.
Encantadora terraza amueblada con vistas a un jardín tropical.
Capacidad 2 adultos y posibilidad de 1 o 2 niños.
(suplemento de 30 € por persona adicional)
Cerca del centro de tiendas, supermercados, panaderías, mercado local, terminal de ferry (para una escapada a St Barth o nadar con delfines en Anguila), el puerto deportivo real, el puerto deportivo de Fort Louis, el fuerte , restaurantes, puntos de cambio, farmacias, correos, etc.

The garden view was lovely complete with tortoises and iguanas. Occasional street noise could be heard. Apartment was as listed with a good supply of kitchen essentials.

Sabrina is a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and she even brought us supplies when we (unfortunately) fell ill during our trip. The apartment has everything you need and there is free parking just across the street.

Enjoyed stay

Well appointed garden facing studio. Very walkable. Beach is lovely . I especially enjoyed the pool since the beach and water looked intimidating to swim in.

A 10 minute walk to the Marigot boardwalk and restaurant row. The private beach was perfect. Lots of room around the pool laundromat at the front door. Very quiet location. Would definitely stay there again. Well equipped kitchen

Very comfortable and close to town

The apartment is right on a private beach and within walking distance to the Marigot town. The studio has everything you need and the host stocks you with all paper supplies, water, and some cooking staples. Very comfortable stay. Be aware that there is a friendly rooster that crows at all hours and there is some road noise but we got used to it.

Beautiful island - perfect accommodations with pristine pool and private beach & close to shops

Sabrina was a great hostess - provided answers to questions quickly prior to arrival - met us - flexible in everything asked by us; photos are 100% accurate for apartment, building, beach area. A short walk to the main shopping area on the beach front - variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining. Quick cab ride to/from airport - Sabrina quick to provide recommendations on cabs, car rental, restaurants- all! Relaxing vacation with an experience of European charm which is part of St. Martin!

LOVELY, LOVELY, LOVELY

Sabrina is a great property owner! She was very kind and helped us with the best places to eat, and places to visit. The Studio was VERY clean and very nice. All of the furniture was very nice and new. She does a great job making her guests feel at home. I would stay in her Studio again, and again.

10th wedding anniversary

Sabrina was extremely helpful from booking to checkout. She was very accessible and welcoming. She provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. The apartment was small but clean and well appointed. We would recommend this unit for your stay on Saint Martin.

Hidden Gem

I had an amazing stay here. It is walking distance from stores and the marina , or Margiot Market is just minutes of walking. People said the area isn’t the safest but I found myself making tons of friends that I will go back to see. The private beach connected to these apartments is breath taking. You can wake up and in less than 1 minute your at the beach. The property had a cute setting to it. The studio was perfect for me , working clean bathroom and half kitchen, towels , soap. This stay went beyond my expectations and I would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a local stay to get a feel of the area.

Marigot stay

The host Sabrina was great she checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed the unit had everything we needed with a nice pool area and a beach was a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the garden property was close to downtown Marigot convenient for shopping, groceries, restaurants, and bus depot you could go anywhere you wanted on the bus for 2 to 4 dollars we had a wonderful time would definitely recommend this property. The front balcony could get a little noisy with traffic going by but you couldn’t hear it inside the room . Thank you to Sabrina for making this a wonderful holiday

Great Location in Marigot ....

This flat is great. Very comfortable for 2 people. Access to beach and a tennis court. The folks on the Island are wonderful. Sabrina is wonderful. I can't say enough about her kindness. We enjoyed meeting her. The location her is perfect , 200m to Sunrise market or a short bus ride to the Super U market. Great walk to Fort and downtown for some great food. This will be our second time here on the Island and will keep returning once or twice a Year, Thanks Sabrina for your Smile and Kindness, Jim and Dorothy , NC

Great getaway in French side of St. Martin

This studio apartment is located on the street side of the residence. The yard and surrounding are very pleasant and it is private and secure. Three another apartments are in this area, fun to get to know the owners. The beach is accessible just down the hall and a step out. It is small but beautiful, also private.we thought enjoyed our time there. Sabrina was so attentive to our needs and a great person to get to know. This complex is home to many local French residents, near fine restaurants, shopping, and even a small grocery store. Public transportation is easy to use, we never rented a car in the 5 weeks we were there. We recommend this studio to anyone looking for a laidback vacation.

Perfect apartment for stay in St Martin

We stayed at this cute studio apartment for 3 nights so we could see the island before a week-long boat trip. Our host was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early, but she had the apartment ready for us. It was decorated nicely, and it was pleasant to stay there. We walked to a market and got a few groceries for one of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location. There is small beach area for swimming. It is just a short walk to Marigot where there is shopping, both little shops and an open air marketplace. There are several restaurants along the marina with very good food and friendly people. We only needed a car rental for one day to tour the rest of the island. Best Car rental is by the ferry terminal, just past the marketplace. This apartment was a good choice to make our trip even better! Loved our stay at the friendy island!

Cozy, Convenient, Friendly Place To Stay

This was a great location it was convenient for walking to shops and restaurants; The condo was nice, clean, well stocked with nice amenities. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. She gave awesome advice on local customs and dos and don'ts. The condo faces the street but it wasn't a problem at all because there is a nice garden that provides privacy and pretty much blocks the view of the parking lot and passersby. We had no complaints. The private beach was also really nice and quiet. The only reason the stay wasn't given five stars is because we weren't able to fully enjoy the nice waterfall shower head but instead had to use the shower wand. We had really looked forward to a nice waterfall shower after a day at the beach. This was really a small thing AND I would definitely stay here again.

Hi Mickael Thank you for your nice review. it was a pleasure to welcome you !!! I am so sorry, I didn't precise you for the shower. You have to turn the button on the back left side only for waterfall shower right side only for hand shower on the middle you have both. You shoul ask me if the waterfall shower working, I would have explain you that's why I tell my guests to contact me if they notice any problem. It is my fault,I should give you the explanation before but most of the guests knows. Hope to see you a next time like that you can try the waterfall shower. Regards Sabrina.

Studio Paradise

Sabrina was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions very quickly, gave us step by step directions to the home from the airport. Met us at the gate upon arrival. Everything from supermarkets, food, dining, shopping etc. within walking distance or a quick turn around the block in the car. The home is very nice, it faces a terrace but 20 steps around the corner inside the building and you're outside to the beach!! There is a pool on the front side of the building and on the back side is the beach. The scooters are very noisey throughout the day and night, but it didn't bother us much. We kept the door open and had a nice fresh breeze flowing through the home. My husband and I spent our anniversary week in the home and enjoyed every single minute. Sabrina was always a text/email/phone call away if we had anything we needed (but we didn't because it was perfect!) We went and got groceries our very first day there, and cooked our meals at the house during our stay. Pots and pans, cups and all were perfect!! Thank you Sabrina for opening your home to us, and we will most definitely come see you again upon our return!! :)

Sympathique petit studio bien équipé!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Sabrina, l'emplacement de son petit studio et le matériel mis à la disposition des invités. Un grooooos merci pour les chaises de camping, le parasol et les "nouilles" pour rendre fort agréables nos nombreuses escapades à la plage! Bien que la rue à l'avant du logement soit un peu bruyante, une fois les portes fermées, cela n'est pas trop ennuyeux. La déco est coquette, le lit est confo et il y a suffisamment d'espaces de rangement. Sabrina est facile à rejoindre, très proactive et fort sympathique! Nous recommandons la location de son logement!

Bien située près de Marigot, belle grande piscine, accès facile aux commerces et restaurants

L’appartement était assez bien équipé. Bien situé près de Marigot, mais il faut louer une voiture si on veut profiter des belles plages de l’île. Aussi un peu bruyant car près de la rue. Propriétaire à l’écoute pour le suivi du séjour.

Merveilleux condo

Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit condo très douillet 3 jours et nous avons adoré notre séjour! Très bien situé, propre, bien équipé et très grand stationnement devant!
