The spacious kitchen features brand new full-sized appliances and appointments while the living room, dining room and bedrooms all feature new furniture ready for a refreshing vacation getaway. Located on the top floor, the condo is quiet and peaceful and offers spectacular views for night star gazing or sipping champagne while watching the waves in the afternoon. Enjoy full amentities including swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball, basketball, barbecues and grassy social areas.
Located in the heart of Wrightsville, you can easily walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, ice creamery and more but the building security offers a removed peaceful personal retreat.

Gretchen‘s place is beautiful as advertised. Could not ask for a better location, amenities or quality of property. Gretchen was also very great at communicating, everything was clear and the stay couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

Our family booked a 6 night getaway to our favorite beach location and decided to book a condo with Gretchen. Great choice as everything was amazing! The location can be beat! Everything you need is walkable. The condo itself had everything and Gretchen made all aspects of the visit from checking in to checking out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The Best of the Beach

I’ve been coming to Wrightsville for over 50 years and we moved from someplace that we’ve been renting for over 10 years. This place is the best place we’ve ever stayed. It was clean. It was modern and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Beautiful Condo, view and beach

The place was beautifully furnished and cared for. The view was incredible. The beach is literally right at the bottom of the elevator and out two doors. There is a pool as well. It can't be beat!

Beautiful Condo!

The pictures don't due this condo justice. It was clean and they had everything we needed to start our long weekend. There are many restaurants near by for breakfast and lunch. You can't ask for a better location. Gretchen was very helpful and had everything organized for a quick check in. I would highly recommend staying here.

We’ll be back! Thoughtfully appointed condo just steps to the ocean. In-unit laundry wasn’t available (as noted in write up), but community laundry room is just around the corner.

Beautiful beach front condo!

What a beautiful condo on the beach with a spectacular view! The location was perfect with walking distance to shops, restaurants, and my personal favorite, the walking loop! It is only steps away to put your feet in the sand or enjoy the pool. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for our stay. Gretchen was a wonderful host and very responsive. We frequent the area and plan on coming back to this location again! Highly recommend staying here!

Girls get away

The condo was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the key situation. The lock on the condo itself was very difficult to unlock, lock and remove the key from the lock. Some locks around the property proved to be difficult as well. We had some technical issues with the tv as well, but in fairness, it may have been operator error!;) All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the unit, as well as Gretchen as a hostess.

Beyond heaven

What sets this property apart from other properties in the dreamy setting of Wrightsville Beach, is this condo and the hosts/owners. It's been decorated by a high-end professional who knows how to curate a feeling of luxurious serenity. It's heavenly and exquisite. And Gretchen, the host, is incredibly accomodating and thoughtful. She's just lovely to work with. Everyone should experience this place. It's yummy for the eyes and nourishing for the heart.
