Conveniently located in Tioga Town just 10 short miles from the University of Florida our home is the perfect place to entertain, relax or take a quick 25 min to Ginnie Springs. Enjoy extra privacy with both a main house and mother in law suite. Two fully equipped kitchens & an outdoor dining area with cable TV provide ample space to cheer on your favorite team. Make memories that will last a lifetime. Sleeps 18.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. It is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped with more than we could have imagined. It had everything we could have ever needed. The pool and outdoor seating area was so inviting for gathering and talking. The kitchen is big and has 2 ovens. The kids loved the game room with pool table and pac man. The host was very accomodating with us and was available for communication. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay there again myself.

Great amount of space. I recommend labeling the TV remotes, including a dresser/drawers to put clothes along with hangers.

We really enjoyed our stay while my daughter was playing in a softball tournament at the Champions ball park. The ball park was only 10 minutes from the house. My family enjoyed the pool and the space. Really nice home that has everything you need for the family or to entertain. Also located in a nice and safe looking area!

Great house for Graduation Weekend

This house was a great house for all our family that came for our daughters UF Graduation. The host was so informative with us and helpful if we needed anything. The house had comfortable space for everyone. Was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend this house.

Great football weekend!

Gator Grad School Reunion

Six couples reunited 25 years after we first connected in August of 1998. What a great space this house provided to facilitate this gathering. It was big enough (and then some) for all of us to hang out in and sleep comfortably. Even a Gator loss couldn’t dampen the fun we had together with all of these wonderful accommodations. We hope to be back again soon, but will not be waiting another 25 years…

Fantastic Reunion or Friend Gathering

My sorority sisters and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary back at our alma mater and the Tioga Retreat was the perfect home base for us! The host provided excellent service before we arrived and was so responsive to our communications as we were planning. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues accessing the home during our stay. The home was immaculate and provided everything we needed for late nights, catching up and relaxing. There was enough space for us to all sleep comfortably and spend time together in one space whether indoors or outdoors. There were ample bathrooms for a group of women, the bed rooms were spacious and the kitchen came with the amenties we needed. There was more than enough parking in the drive way for everyone to park comfortably. The house was also equipped with everything needed for fun in the pool. We were a 12-minute drive from everyplace we needed to be. I am often in Gainesville for various gatherings and I know this retreat will be a go-to for me.

A haven for Gator Fans

It's an entire complex with easy parking and beautiful amenities. Loved the pool area. There's a little guest house, too, if folks want extra privacy. My friends and I came for my 40th birthday weekend and loved it. 10/10 recommend.
