You are renting only the Highview Room with a queen bed located on the second floor, while the Garden Room with a queen bed is on the first floor - available to rent separately. Each guest room has a private entrance and private bath. A microwave and coffee pot are included for each room. A common patio area with outside seating and an outdoor grill is provided for guests. Guests are welcome to use the large yard.
