Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for our son’s baseball week at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect spot. The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here!

Great house on a beautiful piece of property. Only 10 mins from Dreams Park but feels like a different world. One of the most well equipped homes you’ll ever find. Everything was provided so we could focus on baseball. Highly recommend!!

Great for Families

We stayed at this location for our Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. It was a prime location to the fields. We did run into an issue of the immediate area where the house is not having great service, but the house has wifi. Just setup your maps app before leaving the house. We were two families staying at the house, four adults and five kids. There was plenty of space to relax and plenty of space for play. The kitchen was very stocked with essentials and even had things like Tupperware for leftovers, cling wrap, etc. Super helpful! I would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Awesome Get Away

This was an ideal location for us to stay for our son’s tournament at Dreams Park. It was convenient to the fields and Cooperstown. It was a very relaxing, peaceful location to retreat back to after a busy day. The house was perfect and had everything we needed!

Beautiful place to stay!

My son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village and this house was the perfect stay. About 20 minute drive to the park. Lots of room for everyone. The host was so so nice! Thank you very much!

Great House!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room with LOTS of closet space which was a huge help with our baseball gear. Antonietta was super prompt and helpful with questions about the property. We’d love to visit again.

Beautiful home perfect for a family

We were so lucky to have found this beautiful home available for our son's last minute trip to CDP. The house is beautiful, property well kept, has all the amenities of home and just a short ride to dreams park. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

We loved our stay! This house was in perfect condition, very clean and well kept. We loved the 35 acres that the house sits on. It was so relaxing and so fun to experience all the wild life in the area. We loved being here and would stay again if we are in the area. Only a ten minute drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park and it work out perfectly for our family.

Lovely wooded retreat

We were there for the Cooperstown Dreams Park experience and had two sets of grandparents, my teen fighter, my husband and myself. It was so nice to have such a beautiful, relaxing place to come back to between games.

Great home away from home.

The house was amazing and clean. The owner had everything you could possible need. We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreamspark. The location to the complex is great. Communication with the owner was easy. Our stay was so fun and we would definitely rent here again!

Perfect for Dreams Park!

This house is perfectly located only 10 minutes from Dreams Park and the photos don't do it justice. The beautiful yard is huge and full of wildlife, the bedrooms are perfectly set up, and the living area is open and spacious. We loved every minute of our stay there and highly recommend this gorgeous property to other baseball families and visitors to Cooperstown in general!

Beautiful Nature Retreat

This home is beyond beautiful. It's the perfect place to relax in between games since you are 7 mins from Cooperstown Dream Park. The mornings and afternoons on the porch are simply amazing. It feels like fall and the local wildlife doesn't disappoint. We were able to watch a deer and her twin babies play right in the front yard most mornings. This home has everything you need and more. One of the best rentals I have stayed in to date!!!

Family Trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park

We booked this house for the week while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was very convenient from the park (less than 10 minutes) and to the Village. The house is a very quiet and relaxing setting, and features all modern amenities. The house had a very spacious floorplan that accommodated our entire party perfectly (8 adults / 1 child). Check-in and Check-out procedures were great, and the host was very responsive to messages throughout the week. Would highly recommend this property to any group traveling to Dreams Park.

Wonderful Stay

I can’t say enough good things about this house! I can honestly say the pictures don’t do it justice. Very beautiful house, tastefully decorated & extremely clean. Very well equipped & has everything you will possibly need for your vacation. Very private location. Good communication with the owner. Don’t hesitate, just book it! You won’t be sorry!

Perfect spot

We stayed here while our son played at CDP. It is a gorgeous, modern house that is furnished tastefully and comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Beautiful new washer and dryer, all the basic supplies, etc. We had a family of 3 and then grandparents came for a few days and our son slept over one night out of the bunks, and we had more than enough space. Only a 10 min drive to CDP which is really nice with weather delays, time between games, etc. Definitely recommend booking this- we were sad to leave!

Cooperstown Dreams

We were here for our sons week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Open floor plan, tons of space, walk in closets in every room. All of the amenities that you could possibly need. Beautiful yard. I could go on and on! Antonietta was great, super helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend this house. We had a great week!

Amazing hidden gem in Cooperstown

What an amazing house and property! Everything is well taken care of and feels like “home”. As you drive up you really get to take in all of natures beauty even being able to see tons of stars in the sky at night!!! The house itself was laid out very well and had all of the amenities you could want from a very nice stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer as well as DIRECTV. Antoinnette was a joy to work with and takes very good care of her house and extremely responsive. If you are going to Cooperstown for a baseball tournament at dreams park you are about a 10 minute drive as well as only about 15 minutes from the Hall of Fame. Highly recommend this property to everyone!

Beautiful House

First, let's just say the house is beautiful. Most of the properties in this area are older, but this house was built in 2017 and it shows. SUPER CLEAN!!! Great open floor plan downstairs with ample room between the multiple bedrooms. The porch is serene and the property is beautiful. Antoinette (owner) is very nice and has appointed the house with a lot of must have items (appliances, utensils, etc.) as well as luxurious furnishings. We were the first renters of the season, so there were a few minor hiccups worth noting: Did not have hot water which was fixed immediately (husband just needed to flush the pipes). Cable didn't work in living room upon arrival, but one of her sons came by with a new HDMI cable to get it working. We also didn't have wifi for the first half of our stay, which was an issue as the property doesn't get a great cell signal (at least for AT&T). However, wifi was installed for the second half of our stay, so future renters will not have to worry about this at all. If I can be picky I would have had these little kinks worked out prior to our arrival - I was staying at Cooperstown Dreams Park in the barracks so my wife was the one dealing with all this. Again, one a positive note the owners were great and very responsive to any issues. The only other suggestions to make this property top notch would be blinds in the bedrooms (it was very bright at 5:30am each morning). We did share this with the owners and they noted the suggestion. Also, no cable (or at least a streaming roku) in the bedrooms (they all had tvs but they were dvd only as the living room had the only directtv box). So, to sum up.... If you rent this place (and you should!), you won't have any of these minor hiccups. I would feel comfortable saying that should any issue arise, the owners (who live super close) will take care of you. Checkout was great... she takes care of everything for you. Just leave the keys! Thank you again for a nice stay. Folks, don't hesitate to book one of the newest and cleanest houses in Cooperstown.

Spectacular home nestled in the peaceful woods

I can not say enough about just how awesome this house and our stay was. Antonietta was wonderful. Her home is complete with everything needed for your stay. I will be heading back up I the fall for sure.
