Shagbark Hill - The ideal choice for families who wish to be very close to All Star Village baseball tournaments, under 1 mile to All Star Village! This multi-level home sits on an 8-acre lot, with ample outside space and a private pond (no fishing, please). Guests especially enjoy the awesome view of the rolling hills from the covered front porch. The private pond with a dock provides a beautiful view and great space to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Enjoy ping pong, air hockey and foosball in the garage game room or a game of basketball. The blacktop flat driveway is perfect for games!
The interior enjoys a welcoming décor. There are cathedral ceilings in the dining area and the kitchen and large windows letting in lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen was recently remodeled and includes granite counter tops and a commercial gas range. There is a private sleeping loft off the kitchen with twin beds, perfect for the kiddos. A second bedroom is located just off the kitchen and a full bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is next to the living room and the fourth bedroom is in the lower level with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. The lower level king bedroom also has sliding glass door leading outside! The rooms are spaced out nicely to provide great privacy.
There is outdoor seating and dining around the gas grill area, great for an afternoon BBQ.
Throughout the house there are A/C units and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Your host also provide an enclosed outside shower!
Note: a family pet often visits this home in the off season.
