We really enjoyed the proximity to Joshua Tree National Park. The house was comfortable and the pool table was a nice amenity.

Good location and clean spaces.

Nearby to Joshua Tree National Park. We enjoyed the stay and the easy access to the park. Good value and the pool table was a hit with teen boys.

Joshua Park Stay

Great space. Close to the national park and town. Clean, nice rooms. Lights in one bedroom did not work. We enjoyed the pool table. Easy access and arrangements.

Joshua Tree Getaway

When we arrived the home was clean, inviting and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine. Very nice touch! This is a shared property but was separated and we never heard or saw the othe party. The home is not in the best neighborhood but they definitley made it very private and super comfortable. Close to down town JT that was a plus. My suggestions would be extra linens for the bathroom and some throw blankets due to the winter time cold. Last suggestion the trash cans were completely full when we arrived. Maybe an additional can may help in the future.The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. It was a successful trip and we truly enjoyed are visit. We would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

Lack of integrity and Non-responsive

This was not a good experience. Trying to keep this short, because this has already taken up enough of my time. The first night we had discomfort from the quality of the air and cleanliness of the place. While the home looked organized, I doubt that it was thoroughly cleaned anytime recently. My partner and I both woke up congested and sneezing. We left this home that same morning, and was no longer experiencing any of these reactions shortly after. We took photos, as directed by Vrbo, of areas of the house that we felt contributed to the house feeling unclean, including a photo of what looked like mouse feces. The host was nonresponsive the whole day until Vrbo reached out to them that night. We decided that we were done with that place and did not occupy the space after that first morning. There was no suggestion of how the issue of cleaninesse could be resolved, and we were not partially refunded for the two nights we didn't stay there. Luckily we were able to get accommodations elsewhere, and this did not ruin our trip. *ALSO, not shared in the original post, is that there is a rentable unit attached to the house. The unit shares a wall with the bathroom and one of the rooms in the house. This was not known until the welcome message emailed the day before our stay. And there was indeed people renting out that space that we could hear through the bathroom. We wouldn't have booked here if we knew this prior.*

Loved being so close to the Joshua Tree NP and to the town where everything is easily available. House was perfect and clean. Loved the stay.
