Welcome to the Cozy Clam! Just a couple blocks away from the beach, enjoy everything Ocean Shores has to offer: water activities, clamming, driving on the expansive beach, scent of the salty ocean air, relaxing outside to the sound of the waves.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit has three queen sized Casper beds for comfortable nights. Enjoy your latest TV shows on the Smart TV or kick back and go analog with our collection of choice DVDs.

We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a full size kitchen. It has an outdoor deck with a grill.

Play games on the Xbox or go old school with board games. Feel free to get your flow on with the yoga mat, light weights, and a jump rope. Forgot your beach mat? No worries we have beach towels, a beach mat, beach toys, and a clamming gun (never turn your back on the waves) for your use. Forgot the crib? No worries we got you covered with a Graco pack n play.

Dog friendly only with non refundable pet fee of $40 per pet, per stay.

Nice spot that's very close to the beach access, walkable to the beach. The space was adequate for 6 of us, though one had to sleep on the couch (a sleeper sofa would be awesome). Deck to the bwck area with dedicated smoking area further out. Gas bbq! Kitchen has everything you could need for a multi-night stay. Very happy and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great condo at start of Ocean Shores - close to restaurants. You can hear the ocean from the deck to the backyard. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen.

Great for beach weekends, suitable for beach weeks.

The condo floor was pretty dirty when we arrived and had to do some sweeping. The back sliding door is a struggle to open and close. Other than that all was well. Great location, minutes from beach access and other amenities in the Ocean shores.

Great Spot

This place was in a great location for what we needed. The view in the backyard had many hummingbirds and a family of deer. The owners anytime I messaged them responded quickly. I would recommend this place to others and will stay again in the future. Thank you

A Minimalist’s Delight

We enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance to the beach. Lots of hummingbird activity. We loved watching them! The unit was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. We stayed between snowstorms and were grateful for a warm place to return to after exploring the beach and town.

Our stay was for 3 nights. We arrived and could not check in due to maintamce working on the unit. We booked another room. Host was great and refunded the night. Our unit became available so we checked in. In the morning we discovered another water leak. My daughter and 5 month old twin grandbabies babies choose to leave due to uncertainty with water and a room. The room looked clean but found it wasnt swept the best and was kinda gross. The room was stocked very well with everything we would need. The beds were very comfy and the robes were a great touch. Besides our few issues that the host dealt with it was a nice condo . The host communication was good during our stay even with our issues. I believe i would try another stay here. Great location, and quiet.

A few extra occupants

This older condo lived up to the pictures for the most part, but upon arrival we did notice some ants coming in at base board near sliding glass doors to deck. Contacted owner who then had cleaner come by to spray for ants the next day. Ant situation was better, but still saw a few ants on dining table and in kitchen throughout the stay. Guess that is summer at the beach.

You are only paying for the location, this is basically a cheap motel with two rooms. The location for this property is really nice, right at the start of town and near multiple beach access areas close enough to walk to the beach. Was given codes for access promptly and when I did have to reach out to the owners they were pretty quick to reply.The condo was not very clean when we got there, dirt all over the living room area, the patio area had a large mysterious spill on it that we all just hoped was weeks old soda of some sort and nothing worse. The towels were left in random areas of the house, folded but on random shelves and there were no washcloths. Many of the towels had visible dirt bits on them, we just shook them off but for the price we felt it was not an appropriate level of clean.None of the furniture was really that comfortable, and the hood vent was not actually connected which is a safety hazard. Dents, scrapes, and dings all over the walls which would literally be so easy to fix up and make this place seem even a little more welcoming.I really hope the owners take this review to heart and make some much needed upgrades.

Motel room in a condo

Love the property, but this unit isn't worth it. Only the basics included, beds uncomfortable, furniture stiff and very uncomfortable. Dirt above fridge, back door very hard to open, lights out in kitchen and asked host about it, her response..(is it really that dark). The first room has a spotlight from next door that shines into room at night with no darkening shades for window. Microwave is old and small. The unit above this one is twice as nice for what you pay. Won't stay here again, not for the price she charges.

Hi thank for you this review. We will look into providing room darkening shades. I'm sorry you thought the beds were uncomfortable. That's one of our priorities and why we provide Casper memory foam beds. Regarding the kitchen light, my question was an attempt to determine whether all the lights were out or just one and offered to have our cleaning team to come out right away. In terms of just the basics, we also provide an Xbox with an online game store and a curated list of old DVDs and board games.

Nice stay nothing remarkable

Our first time in Ocean Shores and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment size is nice, it’s big enough for the six of us and I love that the dining table can sit us all at the same time. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. What’s lacking is the cleanliness all around. It has musty and fishy smell, but I understand because the property is older and we are near the beach. The dining table were sticky at parts, and bathroom looks older. The Xbox game pass was a nice touch, it was definitely what occupied my kids while we were there, we wish there were more game board or puzzle to play with. The patio didn’t look like it was cleaned after the last guests so we didn’t even bother to go out but we did see the famous deer and multiple hummingbirds from the windows, they were lovely. There’s no direct access to the beach from the property, something that I missed. It’s 0.5 miles to the town and rows of stores. Overall, it was a nice stay but nothing remarkable. It served for what we needed. Communication with property manager was awesome! She was very responsive.
