You are only paying for the location, this is basically a cheap motel with two rooms. The location for this property is really nice, right at the start of town and near multiple beach access areas close enough to walk to the beach. Was given codes for access promptly and when I did have to reach out to the owners they were pretty quick to reply.The condo was not very clean when we got there, dirt all over the living room area, the patio area had a large mysterious spill on it that we all just hoped was weeks old soda of some sort and nothing worse. The towels were left in random areas of the house, folded but on random shelves and there were no washcloths. Many of the towels had visible dirt bits on them, we just shook them off but for the price we felt it was not an appropriate level of clean.None of the furniture was really that comfortable, and the hood vent was not actually connected which is a safety hazard. Dents, scrapes, and dings all over the walls which would literally be so easy to fix up and make this place seem even a little more welcoming.I really hope the owners take this review to heart and make some much needed upgrades.
