Bungalow totalmente equipado a solo unas cuadras de la playa con una vista desde el balcón del segundo piso. Duerme diez Dos dormitorios en planta alta con baño completo y un dormitorio en la planta principal con baño completo adjunto. La sala de estar está abierta a la cocina y al comedor. Patio trasero cercado con firpit. Mucho espacio para todos.

Disfruta de paseos por la playa, construye un castillo de arena o simplemente siéntate y escucha las olas. Seabrook está a menos de una milla de distancia con tiendas, restaurantes o ir a jugar a los bolos en la base naval recientemente remodelada. Conveince tienda al otro lado de la calle y cafetería cariñosa a una cuadra de distancia. ¡Gracias por ver!

The property was perfect for our needs, and the house is so comfortable and inviting. The large family dining table was perfect for our families and for pre - Thanksgiving crafting on a rainy day. On our sunny days, we had Pacific Beach at the end of our block and had several beautiful walks. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back to the Lucky 13! And to our host - thank you for the hot chocolate bar! The teens loved it and so did the parents (even better with the addition of some adult beverages).

Great place, clean and well stocked. Big kitchen and the best table ever for doing jigsaw puzzles and playing games. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, and a large fully-fenced yard (which was perfect for our dogs).

Family friendly & great location

We've stayed in 6 different houses in Pacific Beach and this was by far our favorite. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spacious place 2 blocks from the beach. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

Great location

Close to the beach, stocked with lots of games, blankets, beach toys and cooking items. For larger groups, keep in mind that three of the beds are in one bedroom.

Roomy beach house with great decor

Very roomy beach house, well furnished with everything you need and LOVED the decor. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time! It would be more accurate to advertise that it sleeps 8-10 rather than sleeps 10. There were 10 of us but not enough beds for all of us. One of us had to sleep on a couch and one of us pulled the twin mattress off the plywood "sitting bench" from 1 room upstairs and put it on the floor at foot of king-sized bed in the other upstairs room to sleep on. Although we were fine with sleeping on a couch and mattress on the floor some groups with 10 might not want to do that. Also, if you are in bedroom with king bed & need to use bathroom at night you need to go through a little part of room with double beds to get to the bathroom. But that was a very minor complaint. Overall, we loved the place and highly recommend it!

Another great weekend at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay, once again. We love being a walkable distance to the beach so we can easily get down there with the kids. We will be back!

Perfect beach stay

This is our 3rd stay at this beach house and our family loves it! It is roomy and close to the beach and nice having our pets with us. It also looks like they recently painted and updated the house. We loved the smores bar as an added touch. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

So homely - in the British sense!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this spacious and very comfortable house! The kitchen is well equipped, as are the bathrooms, and the property is well maintained. We loved the use of collected things throughout - from building materials to mixing bowls like great grandma used to have! It suits our collective “style” and our sense of feeling at home very well. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your delightful home away from home!

Fun family ocean trip

We have always camped so this was our first time staying in a house (and using Vrbo). We were pleasantly surprised! House had plenty of room for my husband, 4 year old daughter and I plus grandparents plus dogs! Daughter was thrilled with kid nook play area, ping pong was fantastic, beds were comfy and fenced yard was great for the dogs! Loved the decor of this house! We had a great time!

Nice place to stay.

The house is well furnished with linens and kitchen wares. Very short walk to huge sandy beach. Little store right across the street. Highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

Great place!

Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay at your beach home. The place was perfect for our first family vacation. Loved the very close walk to the beach. Home was very cozy. Lots of family games. Made s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Fenced yard was great for the pups. Will definitely recommend to other family and friends. Thanks again!!

Beach get away

We had an amazing long weekend at this cute rental. Spacious, stocked with games and books, and the beach is a five minute or so walk. Well stocked kitchen . Plus our dog had a great time. We would definitely return. Great memories and our host got back to us immediately when we had a question about checkout . So glad we stayed here.

Thanksgiving Tradition!

This is our 3rd year celebrating Thanksgiving in Pacific Beach and our second stay in this house. We had 7 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. We love the "kid space" that they have created and the kitchen has plenty of elbow room to make a Thanksgiving meal. Not to mention the beach is an easy 5min walk down the road and the store across the street is very convenient for anything that was forgotten. 10/10 recommend and I'm sure we will stay here again!

Wonderful family weekend

I rent this house for me and my children but I would recommend it to any group who likes ping pong, campfires, walks to the beach and bbqing. If you have a small or large group up to 10 this is a comfortable and peaceful house filled with colorful and soft bedding and furniture. They have many kitchen appliances and tools, very convenient to not have to bring our own. I'm not very tech savvy and had to have help with the stick for the tv but it worked just fine and they sent someone right away to help. This rental is ideal as it is homelike, warm and filled with fun. The layout inside and out, is great for inclusion and also separating for once on one activities. Oh and once again the beds are heaven, I slept incredibly well. The location is super convenient in pacific beach.. 25 minutes drive to Ocean shores and 32 to the jetty. Only about an hour and half south of the Quinault rainforest and the giant spruce tree. There are lots of rocks to be hounded and beautiful waterfalls to see along the way. This getaway would be great even for a couple who wants to get away and feel at home as well. Thank you as always for sharing your wonderful home for us to make some of the most precious memories! My daughter loves spending her birthday here. Zhe loves it so much she asked if we could buy it. Lol, have a wonderful autumn!

Great house!

This was our 2nd stay at Lucky 13. The house is spacious and clean. Lots of games and puzzles, kitchen well stocked, and a nice wood stove (Duraflame logs only) in the main room to help take the chill off. It’s a quick walk to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

out family getaway

We were so lucky to find this place available for a family get-together! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beach only a block away. We had a wonderful time, just wish it could have lasted longer!
