Koolkondo is proud to present to you The Springwater 2 bedroom Oceanfront - a unique experience right across the street from Poipu Beach Park. You can't get any closer to the beach than this!The beach is only one minute walk from the home. Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom featuring luxury features including AC in the living room and both bedrooms, ocean views, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and designer touches. This unit is NOT the entire home. It's the unit to the left of the stairs and does NOT have an outdoor deck. This is a shared property.




This home features 2 separate bedrooms and and one bathroom with modern tile shower and fixtures. The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need. You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! This is only one unit on the left side of the front staircase. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Great location, clean and updated condo. The beach upfront and the ocean view are spectacular. Great for swimming, snorkeling and up close turtle watching.

Clean and fresh. Great location across the street from park and beach and almost next door to Brenneckes Beach Broiler. We had a great time! Sea turtles and monk seals day one at Poipu Beach...

The location of this property is ideal- you can't get much closer to Poipu beach! Watching the waves while sipping your morning coffee, walking over to snorkel with the turtles, beautiful sunsets... I can't say enough good things about this cozy property & look forward to returning!

Listing was just as described. Very clean and friendly property management. The AC worked great and the location on Poipu Beach is incredible. The other reviews mentioning the rooster crowing is accurate, but no fault of the management companies. It woke us up but we went in with the expectation of it. There are a ton of roosters in Kauai especially, so I’d imagine that would be a common occurrence at most properties! It’s a two unit property, but feels private - with that being said, if you plan in advance and have a bigger group, renting both units would be a good move!

Great apartment and location in Poipu

Communication about the check in process was incredibly easy and thorough. The apartment was clean and modern and well situated (directly across the street from Brennecke Beach. Being a native of Kaua’i, it was great being close to a state beach open to both visitors and locals. Thank you for the excellent stay.

Perfect

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it was a last minute booking. I was surprised and please to find something with such a great location at the last minute. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and Corey was very helpful whenever we needed anything. I especially enjoyed the cute kitchen.

Walked to see the turtles and sunset every evening

Such a great location. Literally across the road from the beach. Nice, clean, updated apartment. It is a little noisy with the resident roosters crowing, but the provided earplugs were helpful and the beds comfy. Nice washer and dryer downstairs. Lots of gear you can borrow from the storage/laundry room. Small living area, kitchen and couch (different than in the photo), but it served our purposes. Loved being able to body surf at Brennecke and snorkel at Poipu within minutes. Four and a half stars!

Great location! Clean and well-stocked. And ...

This was a clean, well-stocked, comfortable condo, most suitable for a couple or small family. Its location across the street from the beach park is terrific. We appreciated the local snacks, coffee and cold drinks that welcomed us. Check-in hiccups were resolved quickly. On warm days the A/C and the shades on west-facing windows came in handy. The host provides earplugs in case the constant rooster chorus disturbs guests, and a garden hose to wash off the steps. We were pleased to talk with Kevin (?), one of the staff, who shared past unsuccessful and future (hopefully, successful) strategies to manage the community chicken flock's presence on the property.

Nicely remodeled 2 bdrm in a great location!

The interior of the 2 bdrm unit of this house seems to be recently remodeled and in great shape. Kitchen was well equipted and beds were comfortable. The unit has ceiling fans and AC. We opted for ceiling fans and open windows, at least until the island roosters started ramping up. At that point, we just closed windows and used some white noise on our phones. Wild chickens are ubiquitous on Kauai and quite vocal, even before sunrise. Our family of 4 was comfortable in the space and really enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and restaurants. We barely used our car for the 3 days we were at this unit. We did enjoy the hot tub one evening after snorkeling with the turtles.

Wonderful location, Fantastic service

Great location with walking access to several beach areas. Perfect for families with small children, with several locations that offered protection from the high surf of most beaches on the island along with staffed life guard stands. Condo offered a fully stocked kitchen and enough coffee to last us the 5 days we were there. There's a restaurant, hot dog and shaved ice just a couple houses over. As well as the poipu shopping areas within a 5 minute drive. It was only a short drive to many activities on the island which you might want to visit such as boat and helicopter tours. Fantastic hike you can do north of the property as well with great views of the coast line. There are also many sea turtles which inhabit the beach at night near the property. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beach toys and chairs were available at the house which was great. Would definitely stay again, thanks!
