We recently bought this luxurious 2 bedroom condo and fell in love with the garden views, chic decor and the prime location. The boutique resort is one of the newest in Poipu. You will love staying here with your family or friends!

THE CONDO - Regency Villas 110
This very spacious ground level (1250 sq) 2 bed/2 bath unit is walking distance to Kauai's finest beaches (5 min walk to Brennecke's Beach and 10 min walk to Poipu Beach).
It sleeps 4 and offers central air con, gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops, large soaking tub & walk-in shower in master bedroom and access to dedicated private parking right outside the unit.
Guests at this unit have access to the Poipu Kai Association pool and hot tub which is a 5 minute stroll on the beautiful greenbelt. In addition, our guests enjoy a dedicated shared BBQ area and 8 tennis courts.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
· Master suite has a king size bed, master bath has double sink and walk-in shower
· 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located across the hallway

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai’s best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach)
Located in the heart of Poipu, you can spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles, or if you prefer, just relax at home on your lanai and work on your tan.
Poipu Beach is a top destination for toddlers & children because of its extremely calm and shallow water.
The unit is situated on over 60 acres of beautifully landscaped walking trails that extend along to the world famous Grand Hyatt, which offers championship golf and spa, fine dining and shopping. A greenbelt runs through the resort and offers guests breathtaking views as they stroll down the paved pathway to one of several beaches.

Please note that self-parking is complimentary.

Guest will receive check-in instructions a few days prior to their arrival date.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.

We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.

You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.

Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.

Please note: All cancellations are subject to the Administrative Fee, which remains non-refundable.

Loved the condo in general - very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable, master bath was very spacious and shower was great! Did not love seeing parking lots out of almost every window - had to keep the blinds closed most of the time. The front lanai was almost in the parking lot and the one off the bedroom was right by the road. Only other complaint was the noise from the condo above us. You could hear everything - talking, baby crying, toilets flushing, even people just walking around and chairs being moved. There’s nothing that can be done about it. The people above us weren’t extra loud, just really no soundproofing.

A vacation in paradise!

Loved everything about our stay!! Propert was wonderful and exactly as pictured. Lots of extras too. Only one complaint- could have used more beach towels. We were four adults and only four beach towels. Needed another four for afternoons at the pool.

Rejuvenating Week in Poipu

This property was perfect for a much needed week away with our family of four. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The owner had beach gear and even a cart to take down to the beach which was a 5 min walk down a lovely green belt. The location allowed us the easily explore the island. The food in neighborhood Koloa was outstanding. Try Break Feast for breakfast and Koloa pizza. The property owner provided excellent communication.

Clean and Convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. We have two teenage boys, who really enjoyed having their own single bed to sleep in, as well as their own bathroom. Master bathroom was comfortable and clean. We loved the location as it is walking distance to the beach, sunset, and restaurants. It was nice they had a cooler to use and kitchen well stocked. The AC worked great.

Amazing Stay

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was immaculately clean, has a modern look and great amenities, such as air conditioning and washer/dryer in the unit. It is in a quiet area with a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the unit. There is a pathway that leads straight to Poipu Beach. It is in a convenient location to nearby shopping and within 30 minutes of Lihue airport. The owner was extremely communicative and friendly. She sincerely wants to make your stay easy and enjoyable. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, and towels to use for trips to the beach - a thoughtful convenience for out-of-towners. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your stay at this condo. It was a great experience!

Amazing place!!

I took my family to Kauai for 10 days. This place is absolutely beautiful and is located in a great location. Its walking distance to Poipu beach with good body surf waves on a sandy beach( not many in Kauai). A short walk to the beautiful Grand Hyatt. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Why pay the same price for a one room hotel when you can have an entire home. Our host Dominika made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Poipu vaca

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the beaches, viewing sunrises & sunsets, coffee shop, etc. several good restaurants within a few minute’s drive. We did have issue with the dishwasher, though, which the property manager attempted to fix. It ended up not being a huge deal because we ate out so much.

Great location, responsive owner

This condo is very comfortable, attractive, clean, and perfectly located on South Shore Kaua’i. Owner Dominika was very responsive before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Anything we needed for the beach was stored on the Lanai. A highlight was the amazing boat ride by Makala/Like Kawa’i boat company, which took us into some sea caves along the NaPali Coast. The condo is also close to Waimea Canyon for great hiking. Wow. We heartily recommend this spacious home away from home.

Perfect location

Perfect in Poipu

The description of a luxury condo is 100% accurate. It is modern and clean, with near silent central air conditioning. We had a family of four with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is extremely convenient with a 5 minute walk to a great mix of beaches (Brennecke for those who like waves to body surf and Poi'Pu for those looking for calmer waters). The condo has a fully stocked kitchen for those interested in cooking, as well as, access to the complex BBQ grills. The owners have also provided a full complement of beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and other beach equipment. The Hyatt and Mariott resorts are a 15 minute walk away on the Greenbelt. An overall outstanding property.

Wonderful Condo in a quiet nook of Poipu

This condo had everything we needed and more. The first floor condo was perfect for not having to deal with stairs and lugging all the luggage up and down. We had our infant child with us and the first floor was perfect to unload and push the stroller in when he was sleeping. The condo also had a pack & play and high chair which was a nice plus. Definitely a spot I would rent again. Unfortunately I did not use the pool so I can’t say if was good or know how far it was from condo. The green belt was an easy walk to beach. Condo did have beach chairs, a wagon and umbrellas which was a nice touch, although I didn’t actually use them. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed to cook and accessories. The only thing I would say to replace is the blender. It was a cheaper one and we had a hard time blending frozen drinks.

Beautiful condo 3 min from the beach

Aloha, We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very clean and well equipped with snorkels, boggie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and compact folding wagon. The condo has everything you could need with BBQs and used the gourmet kitchen everyday Perfect for couples and families. Dominika and property manager were so welcoming and ensured we had everything to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The property grounds and pools also well maintained, safe and secure. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Mahalo!

We fell in love with Kauai after our first visit to the island 20 years ago. We enjoy spending time on the island hiking, swimming, and snorkeling. Our favorite Kauai activities include hiking the Mahaulepu Beach Trail, snorkeling at Tunnels and Poipu Beach Park, and taking a boat ride to watch the spinner dolphins off of the Na Pali Coast. We are excited to share this condo with you and hope that you enjoy Kauai as much as we do!

This condo is centrally located in the Poipu area of Kauai. Poipu is known as the sunny part of Kauai and offers some of Kauai's most beautiful beaches (great for surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing), breathtaking views, botanical gardens, as well as access to great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The 2bd/2ba condo offers plenty of square footage, over 60 acres of walking/biking tails, access to the Poipu Kai Association pool and hot tub which is a 5 minute stroll on the beautiful greenbelt. In addition, our guests enjoy a dedicated shared BBQ area and 8 tennis courts.
