$4,000 FOR THE WHOLE 3BR, 3BA (sleeps 10)
NOTE: This is a 3BR 'Lock-Off'. It can be rented as a 3BR, a 2BR, or a 1BR.
$3,000 for the 2BR, 2BA (sleeps 6)
$2,000 for 1BR, 1BA (sleeps 4) Posted Rate.

What we own is a top floor waterfront '3BR Lock-Off' which is a 2BR Villa connected to a 1BR Villa via a private set of lockable interior doors. BOTH SIDES ARE AVAILABLE EITHER TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY.

The 2BR Villa will sleep 6-7. Private Entrance and completely separate from the 1BR Villa.

The 1BR Villa will sleep 4.

HUGE 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 6-7. Has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 big baths.

The 1BR, 1BA unit also has a kitchen (full-size refrigerator/freezer, glasstop electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal), living room/dining area, king bed, queen sleepsofa, a washer/dryer and a balcony on the water. It will sleep 4 comfortably.

They both have a magnificent view of Nassau, the Cruise Ship Dock, and Yacht Harbor. Spectacular top floor water views in every direction! Located at HARBORSIDE, the rentals include full use of every amenity offered at the Atlantis right next door... absolutely no additional charge. I assume you are familiar with the ATLANTIS, but more information on that spectacular resort can be found on their website. One mid-week (usually Wednesday) cleaning with linen and towel change is included.

Harborside is a very special vacation ownership resort right next door to the Atlantis. Harborside, aside from the Atlantis, is a vacation destination unto itself with gorgeous waterfront pool, fitness center, etc.

We bought this particular week 44 because we live in New Jersey and this week is almost always 'Teacher's Convention' week, so the kids are off from school most of that week. We've made other vacation plans this year, so we are offering our Top Floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa Week 44 to you! We promise you'll have a fantastic vacation!

The two bedroom has a big beautiful full kitchen, 2 big baths (the Master has a stall shower and Jacuzzi Tub), 1 King and 1 Queen Bed, a spacious living and dining room with queen sleepsofa, 3 TV's, and a Bose dvd/cd music system, all connected to a large direct-waterfront balcony. 1BR has the same, except it's a 1BR.

If you are thinking about a vacation to the Atlantis- don’t bother staying AT the Atlantis. Our 'Harborside' Villa is right next door, and you'll have a full, spacious apartment with a kitchen and washer/ just an overpriced, cramped hotel room. Our Villa 100% includes all facilities and amenities of the Atlantis Resort. Harborside has an excellent shuttle bus system. It operates (free of charge) all day and night long,
taking you to and from all the Atlantis Towers every 10 minutes or so. Can easily walk back and forth!
