Welcome to Pointe Tapatio Resort!

This charming second floor 2-bedroom condo is perfect for small families, business executives, or anyone looking to enjoy time in Phoenix. This condo sleeps up to 5 people and includes a balcony providing extra space to enjoy the Phoenix sunshine.

About the property
The Pointe Resort Condos at Tapatio Cliffs provide all the amenities you could ask for. Within the gated community you will find 3 heated pools and jacuzzis, BBQ areas, tennis and basketball court access, a reserved parking space, and plenty of guest parking. We are located 10 miles north of downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and 30 minutes from State Farm Cardinals Stadium.

About the Unit
Within this homey condo, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, along with a rollaway memory foam guest cot (71"x30"). The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds. Outside of the bedrooms, you will find a kitchen full of stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, a coffee machine, a full sized washer and dryer, a large private patio with mountainous views and plenty of seating, internet, cable TV, DVD player, DVD library, and board games. For little ones, there is a pack and play crib and a highchair. You will have access to complimentary soaps, coffee, and pool towels.

About the Area
A short walk from the condo, you will find North Mountain. Here you are welcome to explore hiking trails of various difficulty and summit 2,000 feet above Phoenix. You will be less than 2 miles from a grocery store and gas station. This condo is 6 miles away from Uptown Phoenix which features numerous restaurants known for their cocktails, food, and ambiance. We suggest checking out Hula's Modern Tiki, Clever Koi, and The Churchill. Downtown is 10 miles south of the condo. You will find beautiful street art, various museums, music venues, and an amazing foodie scene.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Adrian’s condo. It was spotlessly, clean and contained everything you would imagine would be needed while on vacation unbelievable really we felt so welcome and she was so accommodating. The location is incredible. Access to great restaurants and North Mountain hiking short distance to everything that you would want to see in Phoenix And lovely pools I could go on and on it was really wonderful. We’ll stay often.

North Mountain Retreat

Centrally located to all the activities we enjoyed. Took full advantage of the swimming pools and hot tubs. Gated community. The unit we stayed in was the perfect size for our family, well equipped, clean and close to Canyon pool. Loved our stay!

We loved all the thought that want into the condo - not only was it clean and had comfy beds/furniture, there were little touches (like a travel lunch box, toddler to kid toys, pool towels, travel thermoses, k cups, etc) that kept us saying “let’s come back here!” We loved our stay and rate this as one of the best rental stays we’ve had!

Best we have stayed at!

Couldn’t have asked for better. Check in and check out were a breeze. Appreciate not having a long list of chores to do before check-out. The beds were amazing and towels were luxurious. Easy to get to where we you want to go. If we are back in Phoenix this is the place to go!

Great condo

This was our third stay at Adriane’s condo. It has always been very clean and well prepared. She is such a good manager in terms of correspondence and any issues that come up. The location is very central for those who enjoy spring training baseball. I recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful condo complex

We love the complex this condo is in. It is a gated community with beautiful grounds. It is close to North Mountain hiking and easy access to many things. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Brought my daughter to visit her brother who goes to GCU. The place was great. Plenty of room. I loved being able to cook at the place. We used the pool and hot tub every day/night. We also used the pickle ball courts. Played games on the patio table. Beds and showers were great. Host was very receptive to questions. I would def stay again!

Phoenix Vacation 2024

The property was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were great. Close to hiking trails and golf. Some good restaurants nearby, also. Host was very responsive to any questions/needs.

Amazing place to stay!

We were in Phoenix for a family member's graduation. We like to stay at VRBOs on our trips. This was an absolute jewel of a find! An oasis in the desert! Exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. We could tell the owners added a lot of love to this place to make sure guests were taken care of. The owners were also very accommodating of our requests and quick to respond. My wife and the kids loved the pools. We most definitely will stay here again if ever we are back in Phoenix.

Great Condo

This condo is in a lovely resort and was very clean and well appointed. Pointe Resort is fairly large, but quiet and is very well cared for. The landscaping is lovely and there are 3 pools for residents. It is in an area with other residential properties and some businesses. It is a great location for getting to everything in Phoenix and to the suburbs as well. This particular condo was very nice. The size was perfect for us, our daughter and her husband. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds and living room furniture were quite comfortable. It has a nice balcony which was also very clean and had lots of seating choices. The area has several good food options within a mile or so: Tito’s, The Vig, GreekTown and Karl’s Bakery were all great. A bit farther south on 7th St are even more possibilities. There is also a Fry’s grocery nearby. The host, Adriane, was great…very welcoming and attentive. She was available with quick responses when we had questions or needed help. We really appreciated that. We will definitely plan to book here again.

I would give it six stars if I could!

From the time I arrived at the property I got a smile on my face. Entering the gated community was a breeze with the provided gate code and getting to my condo and parking spot was easy as well with the provided maps. Heading up the stairs to the unit I was impressed by the location of this particular condo. Close to two of the pools in the complex yet able to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. As I entered the condo it was wonderfully clean and was situated so that I could have a nice mountain view out of the two sliding glass doors to the patio. The patio also was shaded all day long and equipped with ceiling fans which I did not need to use because it was very comfortable. Plenty of patio furniture including a table and chairs as well as a couple lounge chairs. Inside the condo it was well equipped with plenty of seating in the living room and a nice dining and kitchen area. Plenty of kitchen supplies which made my meal prep much easier. The master bedroom was well appointed with a comfortable bed in addition to a large bathroom and walk-in closet. I enjoyed my walk to North mountain and the nice hike to the top was not too challenging but yet very rewarding with the views. The area is very pretty and the location of the condo was Central enough to allow me to visit Scottsdale and downtown without driving too far. Plenty of great restaurants within a short driving distance as well. Especially, Little Miss BBQ! Olivia was helpful in every aspect and I highly recommend a stay at this condo for so many reasons. Cleanliness, efficiency, communication, views, safety and the friendly people in the complex. I also loved having covered parking for my vehicle. Thank you Olivia!

We stumbled upon this property when visiting our family in Phoenix. We rented here for a week and fell in love. The location was perfect - central to Phoenix, close to the airport, and close to our family. We enjoyed the pools on the property, the short walk to hiking trails, and cozy movie nights in. The kids had a blast here and we knew it was somewhere we wanted to come back to. The next time we visited Phoenix we were lucky enough to snag the condo. We're always happy to visit, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
