Southern Comfort Cabin- minutes from the river and the lake!

This is the destination you've been looking for in Arkansas. Our place is located within minutes of some of our areas main attractions. The Little Missouri River is a quick two miles from here where you can begin a fun filled day of trout fishing. If boating is on your days agenda we are moments from beautiful Lake Greeson. Perhaps digging for diamonds is on your bucket list. We are moments from the Crater of Diamonds as well. It's truly a great central location to do all of this and more.

We have everything you need to stay a while and enjoy all of the beautiful nature that abounds here in Murfreesboro. Our cabin is situated on a three acre tract overlooking a pond. The cabin sleeps six comfortably. We have a full kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and comfy living room with flat screen tv, DVD player, and Direct TV. After a full day of fun you can come to your home away from home and grill out on one of our grills (charcoal &/gas), build a fire in the fire pit & watch our ducks on the pond & the fireflies buzz about. You can also make an evening out of our game room that opens up to a patio with seating for eight. Enjoy ping-pong, a pool table, and the nostalgic Big Buck Hunter! A washer and dryer are on site and available as well. Come visit. You'll be glad you did.

This place was clean and had everything in more that we needed, decide a measuring cup in the kitchen. I don't know if I didn't read the listing correctly or what, but this is set up as a duplex rental. Want to make that clear for anyone renting. Local is great for a vacation in the area and the river is not far away but very steep. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy, the kiddos had fun in the game room and playing outside on top of making s'more's! Peaceful, and quiet. Very clean! My family will be back again! We absolutely loved our stay.

My grandsons and I very much enjoyed our stay here while visiting Crater of Diamonds and crystal digging. The boys really enjoyed the game room. There was also equipment here to use for our digs. The washer and dryer was also handy. It was nice, quiet, and private and just a few miles from town. I’d love to do it all over again in a few years!

This is our second year staying! This year we rented both cabins. We come up yearly to hunt and enjoy staying at this place! It’s close to town but out far enough for privacy! It’s perfect for what we need!

Our stay was amazing! The game room was a huge hit for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed the area with exploring the Crater of Diamonds, local shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of our time outside exploring. The neighbors were great & the location is perfect! I would suggest tho if your doing more than 3 people bring more kitchen utensils & the beds are great for those that love a firm spot to sleep on- if anything bring your fluffy pillows along! It’s a great stay

Was a great getaway, and everything we were looking for! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Would stay again. Nice, quiet cabin in the woods feel and not far from a neet little downtown area of little shops and antiques. If you need a slow down, this is your place, and if you're curious about mining for crystals, diamonds, quartz, there is tons of options!

James, we are sorry that you were disappointed with the amenities of the property. Our property description does clearly state that the little Missouri river is 2 miles away from the property. We hope that you were able to make it down there to enjoy the water!

Diamond adventure

Property was just as advertised, very clean and orderly. We had a great stay. We loved the fact that it was out of town and country, firepit , bar-b-Q. It was perfect for our family. If we are ever in that vicinity again we will for sure like to stay there. 5 stars all the way Loved it

Lake Greeson Fishing

The wife and I booked this place to enjoy some time fishing Lake Greeson. Will be coming back hopefully soon - enjoyed our stay and was very impressed with how clean the cabin was and the communication from Mason was outstanding.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was cozy and clean. We found the sifting screens and buckets in the car port as we were leaving though. It would have been good to know they were available before we rented them at the crater of diamonds but we had fun.

Great, cozy location for you to explore around the state parks. Love the place and will be back. Things to consider: Would be nice to have a washer even if it was a portable washer. The state parks can definitely get you muddy. Also a box fan is a great idea for others who desire the noise to sleep since you don’t have ceiling fans.

Perfect and out of the way.

We loved the space. Rustic but cleanly. Close to crater of diamond and town but far enough away that it felt like the country. Plus it was super close to a great little swimming/fishing hole.

Everything was as listed. No complaints. Good location. Take time to go see the river if it isn’t on you to do list. Not far from the cabin.

Short stay

It was clean and well kept. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was very quiet. Nice property. Couch was very comfortable. Thin walls with loud neighbors. Grill needs upgrade. Overall not too bad.

Actually a garage made into a duplex

The “cabin” is actually what seems like a boat and RV storage unit made into a duplex. The space is as shown in pictures, but the pictures don’t show that it’s a duplex. Also, you share the washer and dryer with the other unit and it’s located in a closet under the carport. I had hoped to wash some clothes and swim towels. I opened the closet and it smelled so badly of mildew with obvious water damage as the rain can easily leak in. The washer had spider webs in it and I was not about to use either washer or dryer.
