Mrs. Clean lives here! Designer inspired and tastefully decorated second floor golf condo in Golf Village. Sip your coffee while you watch the golfers play. This magnificent condo overlooks the 13th fairway and green with a long lake view as well!!! Welcome to paradise! Resort style liking with tennis, bocce ball, drinks served poolside, Tiki bar, private pool as well as heated Olympic-size pool and hot tubs. Close to beaches, Captiva, Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches, RSW Airport, fine dining, shopping, etc.
Please note - regarding golf - if you are booking for less than 30 days - you will be a guest at Lexington and if you wish to golf you will only be allowed to golf with a member which would be myself and my husband. Golf fee is $111 per person for 18 holes and $55 for 9 holes. These are rates for in season only. The other option is if you decide to stay more than 30 days which means you would have to fill out a Delegation of Privileges form and those instructions are listed below.
Condo is for no more than two people.
For use of all the amenities including tennis and Golf Course privileges you will need to fill out a delegation of membership form 30 days in advance of your arrival. The Cost for this privilege of using golf and all the amenities is $300. However you will still be responsible for the golf cart fee which is $80.00/18 holes - $40/9 holes per person in season; out of season it’s 55/28. Once you book, I can supply you with this form. All the amenities will then be transferred to you while you stay here.
