Imagine waking up and taking a swim in your private heated pool before breakfast. Have breakfast on your lanai and then just hang out at the pool or go to the beach. As the beach is only a five-minute drive. However, maybe today you want to go to Sanibel or wait maybe Captiva. You’re not locked in to just Fort Myers Beach. Margaritaville will just have to wait until tomorrow.
Return home, get ready to go to downtown Fort Myers and listen to the bands or attend the art festival. And to finish off the day take a nice soothing hot tub. Repeat…

We are from Colorado, And have been vacationing in Fort Myers for 25 years. We always dreamt of owning a property close to the beach with accessibility to Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island,Siesta Key. And Of course, Fort Myers Beach. We have the best location possible to visit any of these beaches as well as downtown.
Our villa is the perfect size two bedroom two bath with a den. Each bedroom is located on opposite sides of the house for additional privacy. I like to run on the beach a couple times a week and it only takes me five minutes to drive to Fort Myers Beach and get my run-in. Each day the beach offers something different, sometimes you see dolphins and sometimes stingrays, other times the shelling is over the top. You just never know and that is the beauty of the beach. And that is what we love so much about this place.

Very Close proximity to hospitals, shopping, beaches, of course, and just about everything Fort Myers has to offer. The community is safe with a lot of owners.

Our Villa is the only one in the neighborhood with a private pool and private hot tub. All the other villas must use the Community pool. Every window has a Waterview and the sunsets are beautiful.
