While we hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful home, we have some basic rules.

1. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book for liability reasons.

2. NO NOISE AFTER 10pm - Strict Quiet Time 10:00PM - 10:00AM
(This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing house. Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Rialto, CA)
No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.

3. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

4. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids so this is a NON SMOKING property. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

5. NO VISITORS. • Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night and will loose the security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

6. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

7. NO Pets - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $200 charged for deep cleaning.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the VRBO app, text, or call.

PLEASE NOTE:

-SAFETY DEVICES:
For the safety of our guests, we have three external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. One is by the front door, another one by the garage, and one by the side entrance. These cameras are sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion.

- We do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injures occurring during your stay with us.

-Lastly, if you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly.
