Relax at the coast in the beautiful Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. Close to the outlet stores at south end of town and the new Pelican Brewery. Cozy house with hot tub and 3 king suites as well as washer and dryer. Walk to the beach and tide pools then come home to warm up in the hot tub. The house is in front of the park with sand volleyball, play structure, community fire pit and grassy area for games. Heated seasonal pool with ocean views in the neighborhood. Lot's of family games in house and casino in town for adults. Devil's lake for water activities, crabbing at Siletz bay or fishing on both!

Fantastic Home and Beach Access

Beautiful, clean, stocked home. Loved the triple master suites for our family of six. Beach chairs, toys, kites, and sand tools were fun to bring along. Whales, seals, and tide pools were amazing and accessible from the Olivia Beach access point only a block away. Mornings and evenings on the porch were peaceful. Community pool was WARM!!! Would definitely come again!

Oregon coast

Great property in good location on the Oregon coast. Short walk to beach access. Short drive to town/restaurants. Park area across the street has play equipment for children, fire pit for use and community had a pool available. Altogether a great stay!

It would have been a 5-star but we were without the hot tub for a few days. The volleyball net needs to be replaced as well. But the house itself was great. It does need more storage space for food iems. The closet holding soap would be great for a pantry.

Wonderful place

Wonderful location and facility enjoyed the front porch with morning sun. House had everything you could need we enjoyed a fantastic thanksgiving weekend. Didn’t want to leave, 10/10, will come back again!

Great location!

The house is across from the park in the neighborhood and a short walk to the pool and the beach. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The host also went out of the way to help return an important object to me that I had left behind.

Revisited for our second Labor Day in a row and it was just as cozy, equipped, a thoughtfully packed with games and amenities as before. This is a GREAT vacation rental!

Lovely Home

The house is well stocked, very clean, and amazing location! I’d stay here again, given the opportunity. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were wonderful! The hot tub was really clean and warm upon arrival. Even the porch furniture was comfortable!

Extended weekend getaway

Perfect location. House was super clean and as described. Looked better in person. Loved the fact that each room had king size beds and its own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice short walk to beach. Stairs may not be suitable for elderly person. Loved the park located in front of house. Felt safe surrounded by other families.

Perfect

Perfect place for a family vacation. The house and neighborhood were adorable. Park across the street was so fun for volleyball and Spikeball. The beach behind the house was easily accessible and beautiful. Sunsets were awesome. The house was more than we could have ever asked for. So cute! Kitchen, beds and hot tub were the best. We would come back anytime!

Great friends weekend

The house was very nice. It was 3 bedrooms and all bedrooms had king size beds. In each room was one or two single hideaway beds that looked like ottomans so they were out of the way. The kitchen was well stocked. It felt like home

Well worth it!

This was an amazing experience for some first-time family members visiting Lincoln city. Great location, close to outlets, walking distance to beach, and park/firepit across the street. Hot tub was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others.

Love the 3 King on suites!

Nice neighborhood and very well stocked kitchen. Parking is an issue, it is awkward. Especially for a full sized truck. We would stay here again!

Excess cleaning instructions

The request to wash & dry all bed sheets is difficult since the washer takes 1.5 hours each load and not all sheets fit in 1 load & not every one is out of bed by 8 am. Then instructions included not to wash white with blue… Check out was by 11. But she okays us to stay longer to wash & dry. Nice but we paid cleaning fee.

Great house, great neighborhood, great stay

The house exceeded our expectations with how spacious, well-organized, and perfectly located it is. Every room was thoughtfully laid out with its own bathroom and pull-out beds, so it never felt like anyone was getting a better set up than anyone else. Between the beach, the pool, the games, the tvs, the hottub, and the playground there was enough to keep everyone happily occupied at all times. Best VRBO vacation we've ever had.

Had a wonderful weekend!

This is a great property! We loved how well stocked it was and everything was lovely. Beds were great. Plenty of space. Loved the hot tub and community pool. Only downside was the long staircase to the beach. Be prepared to do 3-4 flights of stairs each way.5/5 overall stay!
