Private Resort with Amazing Pool and Gardens

Welcome to our beautiful Caribbean retreat. The home sits on a large lot full of Palm, Coconut, Hibiscus and more. Once you enter the property you are surrounded by tropical gardens leading you to the large 2 story house. The main level holds the large master suite with private bathroom, a large sitting area with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, and guest bathroom. Upstairs you will find another full bedroom suite with private bath and balcony, another sitting area, office, and queen size bed. French doors off the living room invite you to the large outdoor covered patio with wet bar and gas grill. You can relax and enjoy the tropical gardens surrounding the private heated pool and sun deck.
You are located in the Corpus Christi neighborhood in the town of San Miguel, so can walk a few minutes to the water front and all the establishments in town.
There is a free private garage as well as an enclosed secure parking area if you have a rental vehicle.
The entire house has zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Just added a dive gear rinse tank and outdoor shower. Resurfaced the waterfall with a local broken tile finish. Looks awesome.
High speed internet available throughout the property.
The pool is 12ft x 30 ft with an average depth of 5 ft. There is a deep area that is 8 ft. No life guard, so swim at your own risk and absolutely no diving.

Great Property

Great location centrally located between the oceanfront shops and restaurants and the local communities with reasonably priced excellent food. Great layout. Excellent pool and outdoor back courtyard. We would definitely stay again.

Hideaway in the city.

This property is a great spot in the city. Good food near by and easy access to the grocery stores. Comfortable and close to a nice plaza for evening play time. Easy to book trips to south of the island and come back to nice dinners and drinks.

Great house, great neighborhood

Pros Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, patio was delightful and comfortable. Spent most of the time outside eating, reading, enjoying the cool breezes. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glass and dishware to use. Laundry was so helpful to have on premises. A/C worked throughout the house but we didn’t really need it because the house is constructed in a way that kept it a comfortable temperature most of the time. We were only one couple but this would be an easy house to have extended family. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to downtown tourist area but very thankful we were in the quiet Corpus Christi neighborhood because it was Carnival weekend and there was lots of festivities- parades, bands, fireworks, for 4 consecutive nights. We could engage in what we wanted but come home to our nice quiet house for a good night’s rest. Neighborhood was a mix of locals, expats, and a few tourists. Walked everywhere day and night and always felt comfortable. Kids out playing, people walking their dogs, expats playing pickleball, people walking to work and families dressed up in costumes and picnic baskets on their way to the parades. Cons Checkin was not as described in communication. Quickly solved by manager. Hot water is tricky to use. Get instructions to activate instant hot water tank from owner or manager. If listing still says heated pool, check with owners that it has been fixed. It did not work as promised in listing and in house book.

Christmas family trip in Cozumel

The house is beautiful and very roomy. All decor is very Mexican and with a lot of nice details. The pool is also nice and big and it’s located right there at the beautiful and spacious patio with a very nice yard with palm trees. Beto, the manager was always ready to help and assist in a very fast way. He gave us a lot of tips while we were in Cozumel

Amazing Property

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the outside covered patio and pool area which is beautiful and has very nice seating. We really appreciated the extra touches like providing pool towels, toiletries in the bathrooms and a personal check in with Beto.

Hidden Gem full of Surprises

I was in awe the moment Beto the property manager welcomed us in! You walk through a beautiful inner courtyard to the main house. There a two king bedrooms with en suites and a queen bed, so plenty of room for a family, friends, etc.. we love to cook and found the kitchen well equipped. The surprise was the pool and surrounding garden.. we spent all of our time in the pool, eating and drinking at the outdoor table and wet bar and just relaxing in this beautiful space. Great location! Easy walk to town, grocery stores, the ocean. After years of traveling to Cozumel, we have finally found our favorite place to stay, we will definitely be back to Colonia Andres!
