Mountain side house off of the Sunday River Road

The custom details are amazing in this chalet off the Sunday River access road!. Offering 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this log chalet is as spacious as it is charming. The main floor offers an open concept living, kitchen, dining area with cathedral ceilings. You will enjoy sweeping mountain views through the floor to ceiling windows and a toasty fire at the push of a button. Both bedrooms on the main floor offer king beds and they both have TVs. Master suite on the upper level with a king bed and HDTV offers privacy and plenty of space. The lower level offers direct entry from the driveway with custom shelves and ski storage. There are sure to be some serious battles in the game room. Try your skills at foosball or air hockey and a classic arcade game system! If you would rather just relax you can sit back and watch game on the 60" HDTV. The lower level also has two bunk rooms and a full bath, great for kids and adults with full beds on the bottom and twins on top! Don't forget the large outdoor hot tub for a soak and fire pit to enjoy in the summer gazing at the stars. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
