This home is set in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of space to play and relax.

Great Reunion Weekend

Everything You Need for a Long Weekend in Asheville

The house was spectacular. Clean, comfortable and slept 12 people quite well. The grill, board games, basketball hoop, fire pit and multiple tvs were quite a hit. Easy uber to downtown Asheville and would highly recommend renting this place again for a large group outing.

Clean Rental in Great Neighborhood

We were very impressed by how clean the house was, especially for the size. We arrived to a snack basket which was thoughtful. With a group our size, the house was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable area to sleep. The access to fresh eggs & a garden was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here & would book again.

Great Stay

Our family of 9 (5 adults, 3 teenagers and one 10 year old) had a wonderful time. The house is great with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and the king size beds were extremely comfortable. The downstairs had plenty of activities for the kids. They also loved the outdoor swings and basketball hoop. The host was quick to respond to the questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

Perfect Place for a Large Group

Came here with a bunch of guys from college post 13 years of graduating and it was perfect. Bunch of stuff to do around the house between the game room and the outdoor stuff, allowing us to properly chill around the house. Made it hard to leave when wanted to go out because we knew we had everything we needed there. Would gladly book again.

Family reunion

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family reunion. Space, rooms and beds were nice. Good location to downtown and grocery store. We enjoyed the game room and fire pit. The little amenities were nice - firewood, k cups, snacks. Only criticism we have would be the kitchen appliances are older. Ice/water dispenser was finicky.

Great Stay for Family

This home was perfect for our family get-together. The kids took over the downstairs with plenty of beds, a TV, and a ping-pong table. They also enjoyed using the basketball hoop in the driveway. The adults had plenty of space upstairs, and the hot tub was a great benefit. We also enjoyed the 5 or 6 fresh eggs from the hens each morning. The house really had everything we needed.

Asheville birthday celebration

Our family gathered for a long weekend birthday celebration. We have several high school and college age grandchildren who loved the game room which had ping pong, pool, darts and a video game arcade. The chickens also were a hit as the kids enjoyed collecting the fresh eggs in the morning and having them for breakfast. The house is impeccably clean and very well equipped and maintained. We’d definitely go back if we vacation in Asheville again.

perfect for a large group!

The house was perfectly set up for a large group. It has everything we needed for 12 girls - plenty of space and a lot of thoughtful touches. We had no trouble getting rides to down town and it was a quick trip. Communication was great before and during our stay. We accidentally set the smoke detector off in the kitchen and it kept chirping after - they immediately came to replace the battery! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend for a large group.

Fun Snow Filled Weekend

Property was incredible. From the basement with all the games to the firepit and chicken coop. So many things to do at the house you almost dont ever want to leave. Very close to downtown as well. Ubers were surprisingly cheap. We had an issue with the WIFI going out at one point during the weekend and they came and fixed it within 20 minutes of notifying them which was amazing. Super fast response time. The only thing that would of been a nice bonus would of been some tools for the unexpected snow for the driveway/cars. Maybe they were there and we just flat out missed them which absolutely could of been the case, but if not, would be great to have going forward!

Great Experience

My group visited Asheville to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday and had a great experience staying at this rental. The property looked exactly as advertised and was very clean upon arrival. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly. This rental was perfect for a group of adults but would also be great for families with children. There are games in the basement and a swing outside that the kids could play with. We LOVED being able to visit with the chickens on the property and pick fresh veggies from the garden. Such a nice perk! I would suggest the owner obtain a second trash can for outside because for a group of 15 people, the trash for the weekend could not fit in one can. Also, our group could not get the hot tub to heat up. Regardless, we would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for everything!

More than expected

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall size of the property and home. There were 10 adults and 4 children with us and we never felt cramped. The 4 children (ages 2 through 7) had fun outside swinging on the tree swing and running around on the large property. The fire pit, with supplied wood, was a hit for both young and old, as was the hot tub, which warmed to the core during our December stay. Speaking of December, the host had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations set up which made our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebration with the kids memorable. The host was most gracious with a variety of Keurig Coffee pods and also a basket of snacks to munch on. One of the highlights for the children was running out to the chicken pen and gathering eggs each morning. Needless to say, we were very satisfied customers.

Awesome home to visit Ashville

I highly recommend this home. We enjoyed everything about it over our Christmas stay including the the home itself, amenities, easy access to Ashville, and the host. Kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. Three bedrooms on main floor and two in the basement. The 2 in the basement would be great for kids as next to recreation room loaded with fun stuff. Plenty of TV's throughout. Beds are comfortable and the jacuzzi was great, particularly when it was 20 degrees outside. The host included large towels for the jacuzzi and even robes in the master bedroom. This was a very nice touch. Host was great to communicate with. There is also a chicken coop on the property that kids would love to observe. They make zero noise though so don't worry about them if no interest. Property itself is on a very large lot in a very nice and safe community that is convenient to all parts of Ashville. Grocery stores are super close. I definitely recommend this home. 5 stars.!!! Thank you to the hosts for making our visit wonderful.
