This is a beautiful home. A wonderful location close to everything Morgantown has to offer. The building itself hold a lot of history, and you definitely feel cozy inside.

As someone who has owned short term rentals in the past, I was very impressed with this property. The little details like kids toys, adult card games, and travel pamphlets made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable with a choice of pillow types. I'm really glad to have found this rental, and will look for it first when we return to Morgantown.

The location was perfect for our stay in Morgantown. Walking distance to coffee, food, and shops. There was also a trail head right outside the door. The host was quickly responsive to questions.

Situated at the lower end of the downtown area, this gem is the perfect place for a family or couple to take in the high street of Morgantown. My wife and I were back in town to hear my son DJ a Techno set at 123 Pleasant Street. The apartment was clean and the decor has a modern and tasteful vide, with a beanbag chair you can loose yourself in. Andrew was a great communicator and we would stay again.

Perfect for downtown stay

We came in for a concert at 123 Pleasant and couldn't have been happier with this property. Clean, convenient to downtown with private parking, and check in was a breeze. Definitely recommended.

Great location

Came to Morgantown to visit my son at school. This rental was right downtown near everything we needed. Wasn't the quietest, but we realize being downtown will be like that. Clean, warm, great parking and the best mural in town on the outside of the buolding.

Quiet respite after long days

My mother and I chose this property to stay for an extended period of time while my dad recovered from extensive surgery at WVU med center about 10 mins away. It was great to have a quiet home to eat and rest after very long and often stressful days. Fortunately, all is going well and we will be always grateful for the quiet apartment that was our home away from home. Erica was fantastic and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Cute Morgantown pad

This was a great place for 4 of us (myself, my wife, 2 teen/adult daughters) to stay when we made a college visit to WVU. Close to campus and the main street, and just upstairs from a guitar shop where we visited a local art exhibit in the evening. Super cute - but I suggest earplugs and/or noise cancelling devices as the highway & construction noise from adjacent traffic was an issue.

Halloween Weekend

My friends and our partners stayed here for the weekend. It was easy to get around, the area was in walking distance to restaurants and bars which was nice. There was a lot of construction noise, sirens, etc. so light sleepers beware. We also noticed some areas of the house could have been cleaner. It wasn't terrible but I wouldnt say it was pristine. It worked for two nights. I'd consider staying again solely due to the convenience of the location and price.

Very nice, well kept, & furnished unit

The online photos don't do the place justice. I was very pleasantly surprised with the 3-bedroom apartment. The hosts thought of many details like extra blankets, pillows, phone chargers, spare toothbrushes/toothpaste, all bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc.), and most kitchen needs. The dining table has a foldout leaf making it big enough to seat 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters heavy and warm for the winter weather. The host was very responsive. Although NOT to us (age range 20 to 80), the only two downsides would be for people who are light sleepers because you can hear the street (passing traffic) noise or folks who have trouble with steep stairs (23). We will stay here again next visit to Morgantown!

We had a great 3 night stay on Foundry St. We went to visit our boys at WVU for Easter weekend. We were right at the end of high St and it was a perfect location. We walked to the Iron Horse for dinner and our kids could walk down and see us. We even cooked Easter dinner together on Saturday night. It was nice to be to have space to spend time together. We will definitely stay there again!
