This condo was perfect. So close to town and Coopers Rock park. The fall colors around the lake were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Host interaction good, cleanest fair outside porch with seating bad. Quality of bed and mattress with cheap metal frame poor sleeping quality. Steep stairs not good for people with disabilities. Checked out a day early due to all bedrooms upstairs and poor quality of sleeping quarters.

Kristos was 15/10 accommodating & kind. We loved our condo: spacious, clean as a whistle, abundant amenities — loved the Ninja coffeemaker! The bed was so comfortable, it just felt luxurious to be there.

Spacious Living Area

We loved this house for the spacious & open living area in the main floor and the garage parking! Great for our family. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was top notch.

Nice place

Nice townhome. Very clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and informative. My only suggestion would be more forks, lol. 3 wasn't quite enough. Other than that, 5 stars.

WVU Game Night

We stayed one night and truely loved the house and location! The house well very clean and had all the accommadations needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Not recommended for families

This was an ok place but there were parties happening all around us and the music from The Lake House restaurant was very loud. Not a great place to stay with little kids but overall the place suited our needs.

Neighbor accused us of looking in his windows and owner did not ask questions

My 79 year old aunt and I stayed at this home while visiting family in PA. The place is nice not over the top but surely worked for use. The steps are very steep inside it is how the place was built and owner can not do anything about that just wanted to make note in the event someone has trouble with steep stairs. Upon arrival we checked in easy and the place was clean and neat. We took a walk and shortly after the owner sent me a text asking me not to trespass on others property and the neighbor had us on video looking into his home. After a discussion with the owner and he sent me the feed and video it was a man and woman younger. It also noted they were driving a black BMW and we were driving a orange Toyota Tacoma which was parked in the garage which has a camera. It was extremely frustrating to have our integrity raked through the mud with no questions asked or even inquiry. After reading the text from the neighbor there were many opportunities for the owner to ask me questions to discover it was not us and we never would have been insulted about our character or integrity. Truly this situation is very disturbing as you can understand the neighbor being disrupted and concerned for his privacy yet it was not warranted for us to be accused, tried and convicted with no questions asked. I have never had this happen ever and I book with VRBO all of the time. I am deeply irritated about this still, I take my integrity serious.

Cozy Lakeside Townhouse Review

An incredible weekend getaway for WVU football! The host was extremely responsive and had a clean and cozy home prepared to walk into with a breeze. Although this didn’t matter to our stay, it is worth noting that the only bathroom in the townhome with a shower is a Jack and Jill and could be difficult for a larger group to manage. Specific to our stay as well, the TV remote in the master bedroom didn’t work but should be an easy fix for the next stay! Would absolutely recommend booking for the friendly demeanor, quickness to respond, and convenience of being close enough to downtown without having to deal with traffic and students. Thanks for the host!

Nice weekend getaway

Was able to stay the weekend close to the lake. Spent the weekend in Morgantown as a 20 min drive to the game Easy in and out. Nice place to be. Plenty around to do

Great family stay

The property was very clean. It had a little wear and tear, but for the most part everything was well maintained. Close to the lake and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect

We were looking for a place close to WVU without being right in the middle of Morgantown given it was move in weekend for the college. My husband and I wanted a quiet couple of days after moving our son into his dorm and this fit the bill. It was clean and had everything we would need. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and the lake was relaxing. We hit the farmers market in Morgantown and went to Coopers Rock, but mostly we hung close to cheat lake and the townhouse. Highly recommend. We will be booking this as much as possible for all future trips during the next 4 years.

Wonderful stay

We needed a place to stay driving through the area and found this very spacious and clean home in a beautiful setting. Our host was quick to reply to any questions, or concerns I had. When we pulled up and walked in we felt so welcome and relaxed. Thanks so much we really enjoyed our stay!
