What is better than having a 1 OCEANFRONT balcony? How about 2 OCEANFRONT balconies! Sugarbeach is a lowrise complex in which my unit occupies two of the three story building. Fully renovated and full size washer and dryer in unit!!! The living room has a 65 inch flat screen television for evening movie nights! All 3 bedrooms have a 42 inch flat screen television. Enjoy absolutely gorgeous sunsets from 2 separate balconies. What could be better than parking directly in front of your unit! The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is approximately 50 steps from our balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $37.00 FEE PER PARKING SPACE THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID PRIOR TO CHECKING IN TO THE H.O.A. FOR PARKING PASSES AND WRIST BANDS.

We had a great stay! Condo was spacious and clean. It had all comforts of home. It was so nice to be right on the beach. Both balconies were relaxing to sit and enjoy the view of the beach. The owner was great to work with as well. Thank you Joan!

Beachfront beauty

This second and third floor condo's location couldn’t be better! We like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach from there, and this was the place for that! The condo is beautiful, spacious, very well furnished and clean. The owners were quick to communicate with us. There is a construction project going on in the complex, but there weren't many workers at any one time and it was not a problem for us. I think the downstairs neighbor is a full-time resident and smoked on his patio. We really enjoyed the views of the beach and listening to the surf!

Great vacation!

We had our annual family beach vacation here and it was wonderful! It was clean and well taken care of! It was only a short walk to the beach! We loved having our own back entrance, as it was easier to get to and from the beach! Joan was very helpful and informative on procedures! Very quick response to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo

This is our 2nd year renting this condo from Joan and Richard. If you are looking for the best place to stay this is it! The location is great! You can't beat sitting right on the beach. The check-in process was super easy. We had all the information before we arrived. All we had to do was arrive and unpack. The condo is well furnished and very clean. There are many updates in the condo that make staying there great. Joan is very easy to talk to and will answer any question you have. We will defiantly be staying there again next year!

Amazing Beach Experience

If you want quick access to a great white sand beach with clear water and lots of sea life. This is the place to be. If you want a quiet stay, this is not the place. Lots of shouting at night and across the street you could ride the human slingshot and the Vomitron. Still we kept our eyes seaward and had a great time. Unit is pleasant and met all our needs.

Enjoyed our stay very much. I understand housekeeping had some issues with condition condo was left in. I do apologize for excess dog hair on floor. We however did not do some things reported to them. Never removed mattress pads, we took out our garbage, and may have dropped few pieces of ice while filling may have dropped while filling cooler. But didn’t leave floors wet. Didn’t see stain on sofa. Hate it if owner was upset with us. They have a beautiful place.

PERFECT Location

This place was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are super nice. Now let's talk about the TWO Balconies, the views are picture perfect. And off one of the Balconies you have way down to take you out to the beach. The owners are fabulous and made us feel so welcomed. The location is amazing. So many places to walk to. We plan on coming back every year. :)

Perfect condo on the beach

We loved our stay here. Beautiful balcony views. Clean and comfortable. Love the fast and easy beach access. We will definitely be returning in the future. Owners are very sweet and easy to communicate with.

Amazing location

We loved every minute of our stay! The owners were so kind and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay. You cannot beat the private front entrance and private rear entrance from the beach. The condo had everything you could possibly need Including very comfortable beds ❤️, clean updated bathrooms and amazing views of sunsets! I would highly recommend this location, we will be back!
