Sunset cottage on the sea of Abaco. Located in New Plymouth and near everything.

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door
you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock .
Our dock will accommodate outboard boats .
New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
The space
The cottage has 2 twin beds downstairs with bath . There is a kitchen porch, and patio downstairs as well .
Upstairs you will find a king size bed with bath and balcony .
Guest access
Any spaces in front or behind cottage are free to use .
Other things to note
Fishing catch n release only . Swimming off the dock is permitted . No spear fishing allowed . Absolutely no smoking inside . No parties of more than 6 persons.

Amazing spot!

Truly a great value and a great location. We had a party of 4 and this house was a perfect size and right near all of the great spots in town. The dedicated dock space also made this a prime rental - highly recommend.

Location Location Location

On the water. Private dock, and *in* the settlement of New Plymouth (contrary to what the VRBO map shows). 1 minute walk to Sids (market), Liquor store and Sundowners (bar/restaurant).

Family Trip

Fantastic rental in the heart of beautiful New Plymouth. Steps from two grocery stores, several eateries and bars. Most importantly, the dock. Easy access in and out each day with all the gear. A rare two bathroom rental in town. Only downside, no living room space. It was converted into the bedroom, so nowhere to gather and relax as a group inside. Nice outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in town and get the real quintessential Bahamian experience!

Green turtle by boat

What a cool place! Brian the owner was awesome. We got to green turtle in poor weather and had to use a dock in the harbour to off load the boat, Brian brought down a golf cart to the boat and loaded it himself to take to the rental all our stuff. He then made sure we had power and water on the dock at the rental for washing the boat. He got us a golf cart to rent for the week. He is the MAN! Location is everything,view, convienence, clean. Thanks Brian
