Nestled among the trees Coco Hideaway, this beautifully appointed vacation home is truly a vacationer’s dream come true. Located on picturesque Green Turtle Cay, this vacation rental offers the utmost in seclusion & privacy. A beach & dock are just steps from your front door! The cottage is a short walk (30 secs) to the Coco Bay beach where you can spend your days feeding the turtles and dock your boat on a shared public dock. Whole house generator, washer & dryer, Starlink and city water.

The home has a :
*king -sized bed in master bedroom with a bathroom en suite. Bathroom also opens to the living area so it’s a guest bath too.
*queen-sized bed in bedroom #2 upstairs.
*two twin beds in bedroom #3
*queen sleeper sofa in upstairs living room
*second floor bathroom w/shower

**We have an unfinished but air-conditioned first floor efficiency with a bunk bed and futon and bathroom with shower. We consider this a bonus area to change clothes or shower and not considered permanent living space. **Extra charge is collected for first floor rental. Contact for details.

Coco Hideaway has a whole house generator, city water, cistern water, central air-conditioning, gas range and all the essentials you will need for your stay such as linens, towels, etc. The home has Starlink for internet and wifi. There is a washer & dryer for your usage on the back porch. Coco Hideaway is a comfortable family-friendly home. We have a first-floor studio which is air-conditioned and has a bunk bed and futon. It also has a bathroom & shower.


**Note: There is a wrap around porch on second floor which may not be suitable for small children due to railing has exposed openings. Also, there are stairs to access each floor so please consider this for anyone with mobility issues.

GTC is up and running after rebuilding after Hurricane Dorian. GTC has grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, cafes, open air bars, gift shoppes and a full-time medical clinic staffed with a licensed nurse practitioner.

We own the lot in front of Coco Hideaway closest to the beach/water. You are a 30 second walk to the beach via the path by pink storage building. Inside the storage building you will find a glass bottom kayak you are welcome to use .

Is this a waterfront home? Yes and no. The foliage provides total privacy so you can see the water from the third floor and from the enclosed screened porch. Depending on the greenery; some views offer more ocean views. If you are looking for waves crashing up against your home; this is not the home. ****7 day day minimum from 05/01 to 8/31/2024. Please inquire if a shorter stay is desired . 10 % VAT tax will be collected on-site or paid to owner prior to visit.
