This Exclusive Beach hideaway condo offers all the amenities of a resort-style to relax and disconnect. This can also be the perfect place to work remotely with its smart workstation and high-speed internet. Aquatika, offers access to the beach, outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, mini-golf, a beach volleyball court, and playgrounds. A relaxing lazy river right in front of the apartment.
All Aquatika guests should wear a wristband at all times; these will be given to everyone at your party when you register with our security team at the entrance.
Late check-out is subject to availability. If it is available, there is an extra charge of $50 until 3 pm.

*IMPORTANT* Please note that if the Key to the Beach Gate is lost or misplaced during your stay, you will be charged a $75 replacement fee.


. The hours of the pools are from 9 am to 1:00 am, subject to social distancing.

· The beach gate will be open from 7 am -7 pm

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! It is a very caring and close-knit community. Ana, our host, was very kind and responsive. The home was the perfect size for our family. It is about a mile walk to a beautiful private beach. Be careful not to leave any cookies out or it will attract insects. Overall had an amazing time!

Great short stay

We loved the property. It was clean. It was 4 adults and 3 kids (8,8,9) this worked for us. We used the pool 2 days but mainly explored the island on our short 5 day stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fun and relaxing few days at Aquatika. The property was great for our kids ages 3 and 8, including two pools with shallow areas. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including beach toys and floaties. Ana provided all the information we needed to easily access the property and use the amenities!

The apartment is nice except for the slider that does not lock. We asked to have it fixed on day one but maintenance guy never returned. We ended up using a broom stick in the track to lock it as this is a first floor apartment. The public water supply was cut off to the apartment complex except for a couple windows of time on two of our five day stay. Had to set an alarm for 6 am (on vacation!) to use the 6-7 am window to wash dishes from evening before, fill pitchers of water, and shower. Not fun. Then had to make sure we were in the apartment at 8 pm to hit the 8-9 pm window. We were a party of 6; I don't know how families with young kids managed. At least this host let us know via text - there were a lot of people there that had no idea why the water was off or when it was coming back on. We did see people taking buckets of pool water to their apartments for the toilets. The toilets at the various pools got nasty pretty quick when the water was off. Only 1 of the 3 hot tubs in the development was hot. Everyone hung there which seemed gross after a few days of low water levels. The pools are nice but note that the water slide is only open for a few hours on the weekend. There is no beach strolling as it is a pretty small area bounded by rock formations. You will want to go west along the north coast of the island to find some nice beaches. Again, the apartment was nice with a layout that worked for us as a family with 4 boys aged 17-22 years old.

Great property. Clean, pool and lazy river is fantastic after a long day. Great resort for kids. Beds were comfortable. Appliances all work well. TV was giant and worked well. Easy to access on first floor from parking spot and pool. Cons (none of which are a big deal, but just fyi): they make your wear one of those hospital type plastic bracelets while you're staying there to identify you as a guest, little bit of a haul to the beach walking since this unit is at the other end of the development, not much space to sit inside in the den (sofa seats two and there's a chair), local beaches on the way to San Juan are better for swimming or being the water, but the beach at the resort was perfectly fine, mosquitos can get bad on the porch but no worse than anywhere else in PR or the US. Would definitely stay here again, and it was a great place to relax after a day of adventure around the island. Communication and checkout were super easy.

Lovely few days in Puerto Rico

Ana’s place is amazing and she was a lovely host. Very quick responses and when we let her know the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working she sprung into action bringing us a temporary solution. We will be returning once that lazy river is back up and running. We will also be recommending her place to friends and family.

Best Vacation Ever

An amazing trip and a great location. It had everything for everyone! Hot tub for my wife and I basketball court for the kids and the lazy river was super fun as well! Our hostess was wonderful! She provided us with several things to do and locations to eat! A great communicator and overall super helpful and resourceful!

Fun family vacation

This property was great! Very clean and large enough for 3 adults and 2 children to be under one roof for a week. We didn’t utilize the pool until the last day but the kids loved it! The location for the condo was great to get easy access to highways when traveling around the island.. you didn’t have to drive through the mountain on narrow roads like other towns. The property was also very secure, you had to be let in every time you entered the property ( it never felt unsafe ). The owner was great as well, I reached out to her a couple of times just to ask for suggestions and she was very fast to respond and help us out. Beautiful property would recommend

Beautiful accommodation and Resort

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquátika Resort. Finding the location can be a little tricky, but once you arrive the atmosphere is secure and picturesque. Ana was a gracious host and communicative throughout the entire process. The space was clean, and fitted with everything you would need for the experience. It was so easy to access the amazing beach and enjoy one of the five pools. The roosters may awaken you in the morning, but that speaks to the authentic joys of being surrounded by local communities. Thanks for a great experience Ana!

2 Day Visit

This location is about 30 - 45 minutes away from San Juan. The unit is fully equipped with anything your would need for your stay. The gated community is very pretty, well kept, secure, great pools and access to the beach. Wish we stayed longer and we would defiantly come back.

Perfect!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, and very well stocked, it had everything we could have needed. The grounds were gorgeous and I couldn’t believe how many swimming pools there were, the private beach was amazing. Ana was wonderful with communication and answered any question we had. Would absolutely recommend!

The Perfect Place for Family Fun

This place was perfectly amazing…we sat on the deck and watched the lazy river pool….the picture did not do it justice. Ana the property manager was the perfect host and very responsive no matter what time she was texted. Thank you for making fabulous memories for My Granddaughter’s 13th birthday.

Very nice resort. Thank you for providing all the beach amenities; made for a complete beach experience. Many different water activities to choose from and the beach was very nice. Beverages, snacks/food were available on the premises and delicious. I think instead of the wrist band, a band with a clasp would be better. However, this location is far from many attractions. Not sure why the paper goods and towels were limited. We had to purchase our own. I would recommend this resort. Four stars!

Great, great stay!

The location was great right in from of the beach. Close to SanJuan and Piñones. The check in process was great and I honestly felt safe. The property takes a lot of effort to make sure only people that are on the reservation go in. They were friendly and explained the rules to us first day both in Spanish and English. The place was clean and everyday there were workers around taking care of the grounds. My host was responsive and very nice. The apartment was super clean and had all I needed and more. They even had laundry detergent!!!! I would highly recommend it was a great experience

Spring Break

Nice condo, nice location for a quiet stay. About 30 minutes from Sau Juan. Ana was quick to respond and very pleasant. We stayed with 5 people we had plenty of space. The only down side was the main AC unit for the condo never work. Ana sent a tech out, we were told the system needed to be replaced. That is the only downside, but as I was told that unit is getting replaced so should be all set now
