This apartment is located on the second floor of the prestigious Aquatika complex in Loiza, Puerto Rico. Featuring three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it includes a balcony with pool views, providing amenities that will make your stay comfortable and memorable.

As you step into the apartment, you'll notice the spacious layout. The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating, a smart TV, a dining area, and a balcony to enjoy the refreshing breeze along with garden and pool views.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space, along with pots, pans, and basic kitchen supplies.

Room was exactly as posted . Neat clean very convenient necessities included. My daughter n God daughter were very pleased with the cake and balloons and especially the liquor and champagne setup i requested and added at a low price. We were all very pleased and happy we chose Aquatica.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean and cozy. Traveling with two kids isn’t always easy this place is amazing for families, with playgrounds and so many pools to enjoy — our kids had the best time! The space felt safe and comfortable, and the little touches made a big difference. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We especially appreciated how close it was to san Juan, the beach and piñones for some good food, while still being quiet enough to relax at the end of the day.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families or couples looking for a great place to stay!

Very comfortable for 5 adults for a week. Great location to go east to Fajardo or west to Cataño or Old San Jaun. Beach was short walk and lovely but only 4 beach chairs for 5 people. Pools, hot tub and lazy river not crowded and refreshing. Used the balcony every day for morning coffee.

Great overall!

We came to PR for my husband’s 50th birthday & had an amazing time. Gloria was an excellent host, even setting up birthday balloons and a banner before our arrival. She recommended a local bakery where I could order some cupcakes and offered to pick them up for me! Her response time was always quick, friendly and very helpful.Aquatika is a wonderful resort-type place. Having several pools and private beach access are HUGE pluses. The unit provided pool and beach toys in addition to towels for both as well. The location is perfect as far as proximity to other things you might want to see or do- other beaches, restaurants, groceries, El Yunque Rainforest, San Juan, etc.The unit itself is cozy and comfortable, although on the older side and it could use some upkeep & updating- the window screens, bedroom furniture, etc. While this did not hinder our enjoyment, the small touches can make a big difference. In until washer/dryer was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at Aquatika, Puerto Rico

Our family had a great stay here. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Pots and pans, coffee maker, pizza cutter, cookie sheets, blender. Air conditioning worked great and kept us cool at night.If you are traveling with kids, this is a great spot.

Excellent property

This is an excellent choice for an extended stay in Puerto Rico. It is close enough to San Juan (less than 30 minutes) to get into the city. It is also very close to the rain forest (less than 15 minutes) and the east side of the island where a lot of the boating activities are. The complex itself is older but very well maintained. Excellent security throughout. Thursday through Saturday night the surrounding area comes alive with several bars and restaurants. This was great for kids - lots of pools and a beach that is only accessible to the condos on the complex - about a 10 minute walk from the unit. Our host did a great job of communicating with us, answered all of our questions, and was just great. Highly recommended!

Great family condo

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week of vacation. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the complex is a bit dated, but it is also evident that they are working to update things and the grounds are well maintained. For example, the lazy river was closed while we were there, but there was a crew actively working on improvements and it appeared they would be done soon. The beach is small, but very pleasant with a lot of shade trees. Our kids had a wonderful time in the pools. There is not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood. But it is about a 20 minute drive to areas with good restaurants. About 45 minutes to an hour to get to either Fajardo or San Juan (depending on traffic, which does frequently back things up on the island). About 25 minutes to El Yunque. All in all this place provided us with a comfortable place to stay and a good launching pad for adventures on the north side of the island. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing

We were so impressed with the place. Beach front and the pools were so relaxing. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the front porch and spent many hours on it. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We rented a car and about 20 minutes from airport.

Family vacation

My family and I had a great stay at Aquátika. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our five children had a blast at the pools and beach! The location was good for exploring el yunque national forest during the day. Gloria, the property manager, did a wonderful job communicating with us before our stay so we knew everything was prepared for our arrival. Thank you for the wonderful experience we had!

Great hostess and apartment!

So grateful for the hostess, Gloria, and the apartment/condo that we stayed in. She was able to let us in a couple of hours early, which was a huge help for us as it was pouring during our drive from Old San Juan and I was feeling a bit under the weather. Condo had everything we needed including toys/sports goods and working A/C in each room. The power did go out on us once on the last day, but it was back up in a few hours. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. 2 kiddos with us under 10 that loved the bunk beds! The neighborhood is gated which made us feel more secure. The surrounding neighborhood was quite sleepy during the week that we stayed there, so expect to drive out to Loquillo or Rio Grande for good food options if you're staying there Mon - Wed. Restaurants seem to come to life from Thurs - Sun. El Yunque is close by. Drive to San Juan and airport are a short drive away as well. Property grounds seemed a little dated, but the grounds were maintained continuously while we were there. Also, if you stay early during the week, the water slides won't be operating. Those are for the weekend only. But you can still enjoy the myriad of pools and lazy river on your own, as well as a private beach area. Thank you, Gloria, for a safe and comfortable home away from home. We will definitely consider this again if we come down to PR again.

Great Puerto Rican location

Loved this resort! Easy access to beach and pools, and very clean. Wish there had been a few more lounge chairs around the pools and a small bar would kill it in this location. Overall would recommend for families to stay at.
