LIVING AREA The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. The sofa also turns into a queen-sized pull-out in case you need additional sleeping space. There is a 50` Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you can log into or watch your favourite shows or sports on our cable package!
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is decorated with an easygoing theme. Every detail has been curated to ensure that our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, Smart TV with cable, a walk-through closet and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Two (x2) twin beds and a closet
FULL KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)
Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Complete set of knives - BBQ tongs - Coffee maker (Drip) - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

TOP-FLOOR BALCONY - BBQ (propane`s on us) - Outdoor seating
LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to: James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand up paddleboard.
Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.
The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.
The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great spot, close to everything!So much better than a hotel room, the 2 bdrm unit is equipped with everything you need- a home away from home,So lovely to have a large deck to relax on with a bbq.The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub were fabulous!!

We have been coming to the Invermere are for years as a family, we were in town for the Heart of the Rockies triathlon and staying here was excellent. It was well appointed, comfortable and close to all the action. There is also a beautiful beach just outside your doorstep. We will definitely stay again!

The host was great. They gave very clear, detailed instructions on how to access the building and find the unit. They also had a portal for guests to access with more information about the condo amenities and the surrounding area. The unit itself was also very clean.

3 night getaway
We were 4 seniors having a getaway and we had a great time at this comfortable property! It was great having the wagon to help us carry things up. Everything was clean and we appreciated the condiments and coffee. We used the pool and hot tub and had lots of nice walks down by the lake.

Friends Golf Trip
We enjoyed our stay in the Invemere area and the VRBO property was great. The location was excellent and in close proximity to 2 of the golf courses we golfed at. The condo was clean, had all of the essential tools and needs necessary for our short 4 day stay. I would highly recommend this property for a group of 4 adults and the amenities met all of our needs. The only negative is that the train tracks were in earshot distance and the train could be heard when it passed by.

Very good apartment for a family.
Nice master bedroom and en suite bathroom, nice 2nd bedroom ( 2 separate single beds) with adjacent full bathroom. Good livingroom and kitchen space.
Full kitchen, well provided, washer and dryer, good air conditioning system, good parking, very nice on-site outdoor pool and hot tubs.
Everthing for an outdoor picnic or a light hike was available, hiking poles, foldable chairs, cart to carry all equipmnent.
Very good stay overall. We'll come again

Cleaned, newer bed all kinds off added extra ie. Laundry soap, bandaids, soaps, shampoos, dog treats, condiments, coffee, sugar, salt n pepper, coffee creamer. Games in room. A wagon for bringing up luggage. We were impressed with all the thoughtful things left for guests if i forgot to mention them all.
