This is a 3 bedroom, 2200 sq. ft. home on .48 acre lot in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen and very nicely stocked and furnished. It also has an attached 2 car garage, awesome sun room and a fantastic screened in back patio. This is one of the nicest established neighborhoods in Grand Junction!

The house was perfect for our get away. Plenty of room to relax. Spacious kitchen a d comfortable beds. The fenced back yard was perfect for letting our grandson burn off some of that 18 month old energy.

We only stayed for three days - in general the place smelled a little moldy and the beds were very firm. Aside from that nice place to stay - close to everything and convenient.

Home is spacious. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Slept great. Host provides many amenities that are wonderful when traveling to Grand Junction by flight. These made our stay easier. Host responded quickly when we had questions. Screened in porch has a table great for playing games with family. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

We came to Grand Junction for a swim meet with events morning and evening, and this home was the perfect spot to relax in between. It was quiet, cool during the heat of the day, and had everything we needed—especially for this mom doing loads of laundry! The lush lawn and colorful roses made it feel like home. We’d definitely stay again.

Great location, great owner, comfortable home.

This home is in a great neighborhood, it feels very safe. Communication with the owner was fantastic! House is close to the airport and convenient to downtown Grand Junction. It has a really nice closed in back porch area. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a very comfortable stay.

Homey comfort

We had a great time, very comfortable. Exactly as advertised, host was very kind and responsive. Loved the area in a beautiful older established neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. This is the second time we have stayed here, we would definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to north Grand Junction

The house was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The spacious house was well laid out. The business office was a bonus and the wifi was outstanding as I had a business zoom meeting during our stay. I had two questions for the owner and they were very quick in responding. Would stay again!

Fabulous!

We have stayed in many VRBOs but we all agreed this was one of our favorites! It was roomy, very well stocked, comfortable and exactly what we needed! For us the location was perfect as well. The owner was friendly, helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

My Home Away From Home

Spacious, Cozy, Clean and the layout was great. Beautiful screened in porch and lush front and back yard. This is the second time I have rented this home and if I have an opportunity in the future to be back in this area I would rent it again

We enjoyed the house. We had what we needed. The air conditioner struggles with 100 weather. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened porch is really nice

Beautiful property and house. My parents and grandmother enjoyed having a spacious house to stay in. Property owner was up front and communicated clearly all expectations which was wonderful as well. No surprises!

Comfortable large clean home

We were in town for our grandsons birthday. We loved this beautiful house, with a large family room area, eating area, office space, screened in back porch, and kitchen. Very comfortable and clean.
