Welcome to The 'Best Beach Balcony' A beautiful 3 bedroom condo with a wrap around balcony at Edgewater Beach Resort! Floor to ceiling windows offer a panoramic view in the kitchen, living area, master bedroom, and second room. Each bedroom features premium Casper mattresses, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. You'll find a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. Prepare a meal or load up your cooler for a day at the beach in the fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. For your convenience, this unit comes with a full size washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. Centrally located close to local restaurants and shopping.

Tower 3 features its own heated pool away from the masses. Or with just a short walk you can enjoy the Lagoon style pool and get in on all the action that happens at Edgewater!

RESORT FEES AS FOLLOWED:

The guest registration fee is $50 per stay (regardless of duration). A second vehicle may be added for $30. While discouraged in the summer because of limited space, TWO extra vehicles may be added for $80. Extra motorcycles are $20 each during non-Bike week. A trailer/RV/pull behind in off season non-Bike week is $40/week.

PLEASE PROVIDE HOW MANY CAR PASSES YOU WILL NEED AT TIME OF BOOKING.

A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provided any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.

Perfect for Extended Family

This condo was perfect for bringing grandparents along for the fun with two king bed suites with gulf views! Loved the chairs by the full length windows for morning coffee. Jessica was very accommodating! We will definitely book again!

Great spot

I chose this spot because of what the photos showed as the views of the ocean; it did not disappoint. Wonderful spot! Comfortable beds is always nice to have as well. Will definitely come back.

The stay before Hurrican

Condo was clean, Has a beautiful view , with walk around. Stay was cut short with Hurrican, but I'm kind of a magnet for them. Loved the condo, plus with restaurant and bar and store on site makes it nice. Would love to stay there again.

Great condo at our favorite place!

This was an amazing condo. We love Edgewater and this condo checked all of the boxes for our family. We always worry about the beds but in this condo every bed was comfortable and everything worked the way it is supposed to. We will definitely be back!

Best Beach Balcony on Gulf

Wonderful stay!! Have visited Edgewater several times and resort has lots to offer onsite and located conveniently to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The view from the balcony is truly beautiful. Condo well appointed and maintained. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Summer Vacation

Stay was excellent as we are not new to Edgewater Resorts. It’s a great location and huge complex to many activities. But if you decide not to leave the complex there is plenty to do right within your stay. Highly recommend Uncle Ernie’s for a great seafood dinner, Nicks pizza if you just want to order in and keep it simple.

Perfect condo on the beach

This condo was perfect, clean, and roomy. The balcony was huge and provided great views. It is a bit confusing to get down to the beach--you have to walk to the middle of the complex through the pool area, and we weren't given a gate code to get back in initially (but someone answered us the next day). STAY AWAY from the pool restaurant--service was ridiculously slow, food was terrible, and it was over $200 for my family of 4. I ordered a frozen drink that didn't come until after everyone had eaten, the server blamed the bar for being slow but there was no one in the bar. The drinks were also truly awful, undrinkable. Several of us got a drink package and tried different drinks, some of them tasted like actual vomit. We threw them out. My child got a cup with soda refills for three days, but the bartender said there were no refills loaded on it, so we basically paid $30 for one sprite. The pool is nice, but they need to set up the DJ somewhere else--the speakers are too close to the free chairs and it makes those sections unusable. We had to pay for "reserved chairs" just to hang out by the pool. None of this was an issue with the condo, however, just be aware of the way the resort is run. The condo is amazing and was perfect for our two kids and friends. The massage chairs were a nice surprise!

Nice Resort

Was a nice condo, great views with a large wrap around patio. Perfect location at the resort, close to the large pool and the exclusive pool for Tower 3.

checked in one bath did not work. one bath had water leaking from ceiling was a beautiful view but we had to move to a louder condo with limited view. they wanted to repair bath at night we only were supposed to stay 3 days BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely unit

Very nice condo. Clean and stunning views. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning but the property managers were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue immediately. I’ve been in other units at this resort and this was our best experience.

Graduation Trip

Made this trip to celebrate a graduate. 2 families, 2 condos in same tower. We had myself and 4 teens in our condo. I have stayed in other condos in this tower in the past and this one was by far the nicest, most updated, cleanest and had the most amazing views from the huge balcony. Owner was extremely nice and responsive to a few questions I had. We had absolutely no complaints/issues whatsoever. Comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, tv’s worked, extra blankets….. all of the things that make a huge difference were covered. Owners put a lot of thought into decorating and making sure guests have a comfortable stay with no worries and it is greatly appreciated. I will definitely book this condo again if we travel to Panama City again in the future. 5 stars across the board.

June Family Vaca

Our yearly June Family Vaca was so relaxing and enjoyable! This condo is beautiful and spacious with amazing views. We always stay at Edgewater and think it’s amazing, but we all want to stay in this condo again. Mrs. Jessica responds quickly and is very friendly to work with.

Best Beach Balcony WAS Best!!

We had a fabulous stay at the best beach balcony! The view was absolutely amazing and we loved the two recliners that sat right in front of the window. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the accommodations were very comfortable! And working with Jessica made the trip that much better. She was very prompt at getting back to us, answered all of our questions, and was a joy to work with. We would recommend best beach balcony to anyone and everyone!
