Our homey apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

• Two queen beds and TV in the first bedroom.
• Single bed in the second bedroom;
• Queen sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Balcony with a spectacular view;
• Onsite washer and dryer;
• 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other
parking lots you may find).

As our guest you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers:

• Lushly landscaped recreation decks;
• Gym; (Please be aware that the gym will be closed for a week due to maintenance, starting on November 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding).
• SPA;
• Game room;
• Pool and Jacuzzi.
• On site restaurants and retail shops.
• 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other
parking lots you may find).

• Important: Please be inform that one of the two pools in the building is under construction at
the moment, but still has a large and beautiful pool and jacuzzi available for use during your
stay. There may be noise from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.

The Residence is located in Brickell neighbourhood, close to restaurants, bars, Brickell City Centre (Mall). Publix supermarket is 3 blocks away, 3 miles to Wynwood, 5 miles to Design District and South Beach, 15 minutes to the airport.

Metromover station is just one block away (public transportation).

Please note that the parking will only fit regular size cars. Oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard size car, please contact us before making the reservation. Also, please note that the lobby and hallways are being remodeled, you can see some construction in this areas.

The apartment is not equipped with the heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, the replenishment of these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well.
IMPORTANT

It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 12:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
