Our condo was updated and tastefully furnished. You can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise from our balcony. Bedrooms have Large windows with ocean view, 1 king-size and 1 queen-size, 2 twin size beds, flat screen HD T.V.s with DVDs. Private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile, Jacuzzi tub, large rain shower fixtures and double sinks.

The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes away from world class dining and entertainment. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell.

Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach is open the second upper deck swimming pool is for adults only. The property also features a food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill and a full service restaurant on the upper deck.
Guests also have access to on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs and towels.

Parking:
Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self parking is available on site.

10 MINUTES DROP OFF - DELIVERY OR PICK UP COMPLIMENTARY

There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the north of the buidling.

Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee. There is a $199.00 exit cleaning fee paid directly to the hotel at check in (subject to change without notice).

The trundle bed was not really usable (for lower bed) since frame was very loose and we didn’t feel comfortable having someone sleep on lower bed. The ice maker did not work. Wristband sensor for gate to beach did not work well (often had to use push button to open gate and at least once, no one answered push button phone). Air conditioner worked fine. Laundry worked fine. Condo was clean. Pools were good and access to beach was good.

Nice Stay few small complaints

The property was as listed very nice. The views were wonderful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but we ran out of everything we needed within a day. We did not have enough toilet paper, ran out of paper towels on day 2, there was no detergent to wash clothes, and only one body wash. It was 4 of us for 3 days so that didnt work well. Owner responded and advised housekeeping would get us everything we needed but they never showed up so we had to make it wok best we could. But overall it was a nice stay. We would stay again.

Great stay

Property is located in a very nice building with easy access to all Miami has to offer. Apartment had all basic needs for our stay. Furnishings were a little scuffed up but perfectly fine for us. Primary bedroom is spacious.

Place worked well for our family. The "hotel" that the condo is in is a bit restrictive. Had to work around hotel with drinks and such to get to beach as there was no access to beach except through pool and it was restricted. Somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, not much around the hotel itself in terms of restaurants, groceries, etc. But was easy enough to get an uber or have groceries delivered. Beach itself was very nice. Room was clean and as advertised and our family had a nice time.

Beautiful Condo and Property

This condo unit is very clean and maintained well. The owners take pride in their place and it shows. This was my family's first trip to Miami. Miami is a beautiful city and this condo was perfect for us to come back to and undwind. The views of both the city and ocean are amazing. The resort in general is very clean. The pool areas are great. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. We really did enjoy our trip and would definitely rent this condo again if we come back to visit. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us as we made some fun family memories!

For the most part, this was a good property and as advertised. Location was great. Facilities and furnishings were a little dated but definitely serviceable. The unit was well stocked and the host was very responsive. Check-in was a little difficult as the Front Desk did not have any idea as to how to access the unit. The resort has electronic bracelets that are used for elevators and other door access, and as it turns out that bracelet is also the key for the unit. That was actually very convenient, it was just a little difficult on check-in when the Front Desk did not know how to access the unit and we had to get a security guard to take us up to the unit. This was not the host’s fault, and was not an issue after check-in. Check out was very easy. And valet, although expensive, was very convenient.

Great property and location!

We traveled with another couple. The condo was set up really nicely for 2 couples with the master suite on one side and the second bedroom and bath on the other side of the living area with a separate door offering nice privacy for both. The pool area was also very nice offering an adult only pool as well as a family pool with a nice bar. Everything was just a quick walk or Uber ride away. The little shop downstairs offered coffee and other options as well. Everything we needed! Minimal contact with the owners because there wasn’t a need. But the little contact we had was pleasant.

A really great location!

This place is absolutely a great value for the view alone! We loved being steps from the beach as well as using the beautiful pool with great service! The room itself was very spacious and fit four adults comfortably. Only cons were cleanliness as the floors were dirty and gritty (even before we went to the beach), there were some broken tile by the windows, the headboard was ripped up in one bedroom, and drawings of a heart in another bedroom. Also there wasn’t any hand soap provided. Otherwise, beyond these small cosmetic changes, this place truly was amazing! My friends and i couldn’t stop saying how much this felt like an all inclusive resort and we would absolutely book again!

Loved The Alexander

Stayed for 5 nights (6/24/24-6/29/24) with my wife and 2 daughters. The suite was as promised and has a great view of both the beach and downtown Miami. Service by the pool was top notch and the beach is much nicer here than at South Beach (and quieter). The pool bar also provides food and drink service to the beach. The water was very clear, calm and warm and we got to see a manatee and some baby sea turtles. You can walk out a pretty good distance. Overall, we all loved our trip and wish we were still there.

Relaxing location with great beach access.

Walls are solid and we didn’t observe noise from surrounding units while in the room. Unit was as advertised, floors were a little sandy upon entry but there is a broom and it is on the beach after all. Windows also had some marks from previous pets or kids. Enjoyed the boardwalk and lounging at the pool in a non rowdy, chill atmosphere. Typical resort type restaurant and sundry prices.

Our family lives in Miami and we enjoy our beach property often during the summer months. We love the ocean to relax and for fun activities such as fishing, Jet Skiing, tubing, etc. and enjoy having great choices for fine food and entertainment in the evening. We like the amenities and hotel ambiance when we are away from our home. The property is in a vibrant area and close to many popular points of interest.

Our apartment is update and well maintained. It is our second home and we do our best to keep it in good condition, well equip and clean with comfortable bedding and furniture.
