This was the perfect get away for our family vacation! Lots of space, bathrooms, and plenty of spaces to hang out together or have quiet time by yourself when needed. The views of the beach were stunning and it was so nice to have a beach that wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely visit again soon!

Awesome beachfront location and on the beach in a minute walk, location was convenient to walk to local coffee/bakery/resturants. Plenty of room for all of us and WiFi with TVs allowed for some down time with added plus for small animals. House had all we could ask for and beach itself was secluded with our own spot. Only downside from all the guest would be maybe softer beds and some more pans to make breakfast if you got a houseful of guests. Otherwise we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property & we will be back! Location is perfect & the house is plenty big enough. Love the view of the beach & the fact that the beach is your backyard when staying here is amazing! The house was clean upon arrival & everything was in good working condition. The kitchen could use a few extra items such as cooking utensils (there was only 1 spatula & the pans were a little old) but we will definitely stay here again!

Summer Vacation

Beautiful home in a great location and walking distance to whales Tail and a few other places. The house could have been much cleaner and the outside area is small. The windows on the living room are hard to see out of and the shower on the 3rd floor doesn’t drain fast enough and water starts to rise,The outlets would blow and need to be re set and bunk room with the full size bed is such a tiny room.

Great location and perfect view of the gulf

Had a great stay at tan lines. There was one problem that was not with property it was a gas line that was hit by a work crew and I informed the property manager and she came by to make sure everything was good. Can’t ask for a better property manager.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location on the beach was perfect. The property manager was quick to resolve a minor issue when we arrived as the one bathroom had no shower curtain or liner! Within a few hours all was resolved. Very responsive and great :)

Great Family Vacation!

Great stay. Beautiful, clean, modern home. Beach access was amazing and private. Kids loved the TV's in the bunk room. Loved all the seating in the kitchen/dining space, very accommodating for large family all around!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures represent the home well. It was my family of five, my aunt’s family of five, and two of my other aunts and an uncle. We spent the week in Destin and had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with a tub draining and it was addressed right away. We also had an issue with the 3rd floor patio lights; they couldn’t be fixed before we left but the response was quick. Cons: We didn’t have many bath towels for a 1-week stay, it would have been nice to have at least a pair of towels per person. The kids also noticed sand in the linens in the bunk room. There aren’t any board games or card games in the house and no beach toys/chairs available to use at the beach. Most other beach houses we’ve rented had these items. The first floor shower hand attachment didn’t work, and the first floor was noticeably warm compared to the other levels. Other than that, we all had a wonderful time. The kids had funny and the adults enjoyed a nice family vacation before school started back up. I would stay here again.

My husband & I & 5 kids stayed here for a week & we absolutely loved it! Perfect location & right on the beach was very convenient! The only negative was it did get a little hot in certain rooms of the house & the one bathroom upstairs could have been a little Cleaner but we would definitely stay here again!

Tan Lines Summer Vacation

The house is in a great location with plenty to do! We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple hang out spots in the house and the very private beach. It is a beautiful house. Couple of easy fixes to include the air conditioning on the top floor and basement…very warm. Also the deadbolt on the lowest level rear exit does not open. Knob on the rear bunk bed room is broken. Still we would stay here again!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 6 ladies for a celebration of life trip for a family member! The house had great location and wonderful finishes throughout the home. The ladies raved about the comfy beds, I thought the king master upstairs could use a foam mattress topper but I also don’t think my own mattress is comfy so, take that with a grain of salt. Ha. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in order to cook. Fridge is a counter depth fridge so depending on how many people and how many left overs it can get crowded. I’ve never had a more relaxing vacation stay EVER!! The beach was amazing and the privacy was exactly what I wanted. The house was big enough that we could have our own space if we needed or all gather together to eat or watch a movie in the movie room! Have already thought about planning our next stay with our children and our friends!!

Beautifully updated and Donna from rental was very responsive with questions or concerns. I would suggest having enough beach yield for the total of people to sleep and also to have luggage racks and hangers in all the bedrooms. Fantastic week and will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Property

House is beautiful, clean and spacious! Right on the beach, direct access! Walking distance to stores, coffee, breakfast and ice cream. Definitely recommend for family vacation. 3rd floor warmer than rest of house, ceiling fan wasn’t enough. No dressers if you want to unpack. Overall, beautiful house, we had an incredible stay!

The home was so comfortable with views in every room. The beach was right at our footsteps and the decks were great when you just wanted to enjoy the view, wrap in a blanket and drink your coffee! Furnishings, lighting, comfortable beds and welll appointed kitchen. We will definitely return to this great rental directly on the beach and close to everything.

Amazing Beachfront Location

The house is literally steps from the beach and water. A great location convenient to everything; gas station, souvenir shops, pizza, BadAss coffee, Kilwin’s ice cream and Dairy Queen are within short walks from the house. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. The movie room was a favorite! We will definitely be back!

Had a great time!

The location is perfect, the house is a great size and well equipped for the most part. We did find that the kitchen could have had more items to making cooking a large meal easier. Also just a heads up, the master bedroom on the third floor while beautiful and amazing views, was at least 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Since we were there when it was cool we just opened the doors but during the summer it would have been rough. Overall we would stay here again. Being able to wake up and walk out to see the ocean is hard to beat.
