Cozy and well-appointed

I had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood, unit was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the special touch of lavender scents and the little crystal lamps. Will definitely look to stay again when I am back in Livermore.

Super Convenient

The Lavender House location was very convenient and easy to access. Very quiet neighborhood and there was everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Very comfortable king bed. We will stay again when we come to Livermore to spend time with our son and his family.

Lovely place

Everything you need to recharge after a hard week or to have a nice romantic weekend. Bed was super comfy! check in/out was super easy. Blessings to the host.

if you want control of the room temperature its not the place. homeowner has thermostat on her side of the house. in other words you have to accept her desires of air or continue texting throughout the stay. and hope she responds. think thats why there is a 8inch fan in the closet. as well as a mini fridge in there. going in and out of room you have no choice but to walk on dirt and rocks. no broom available to sweep out room but they do have a dust pan (?). nothing romantic about it. better off at a hotel with kitchen. not worth it. sorry. 1 star. the patio is not even maintained. gardner hasnt touched that area for a minute.

This property was adorable. Nicely decorated, lovely lavender theme. Very nice. Tily was VERY responsive whenever we needed anything or had questions. Very helpful.

Small and cute - a good value

The location is great. A short distance from the center of town and easy access to highway. We enjoyed the unit and the outdoor area. A few items to note but none that changed our positive opinion of the property. Hot water in sinks is slow but you can get it after some time and not running the shower or other sink. Thermostat is controlled by the owner. She very responsive if you want it changed but it may mean you have to reach out to her. The only seating area inside is at the kitchen bar.

Convenience and Proximity

We came to Livermore for a family graduation party. This VRBO unit was just right for the two of us over a weekend. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, great lighting and water pressure, and was supplied with towels, complimentary soaps, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen doesn’t have a fridge or stove, but there is a microwave, sink, cupboards, bistro style table with stools, and an electric hot plate available. We arrived during a heat wave and the unit was already awesomely cooled and has very reliable air conditioning! The queen bed was already made, looked very inviting and extra blankets and linens were on the closet shelf along with a portable heater and fan. The bed’s springs squeak a lot, but the bed itself was quite comfortable. The bedroom has a flatscreen tv and remote - all sorts of streaming channels are available. Parking in the private driveway was very convenient. The cute patio area is cozy and inviting. It all made for a very enjoyable getaway.
