Great location and comfortable accommodation!

You really can't beat this location for central access to the rainforest, OSJ, beaches and the ferry terminal--all within 30 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and and well equipped including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. Thanks for a great stay!

Conveniently located to most attractions if you have a rental car. Safe location with security gate. Great view. Go to “Simple Food” for breakfast. Amor Harina is a good bakery.

I stayed here for several days wirh my family and the place was big enough for all 5 of us. It has a beautiful view of the beach and is minutes away from the beach and El Yunque. The kitchen is huge and has all the appliances you could need. Overall, a great price and experience!

Wonderful place to vacation

We showed up late because our flight was delayed and upon arrival we were able to get in the house, there’s a gate that made us feel safer, the surrounding area is quiet. Close to restaurants and beaches. We definitely recommend staying here. Alvy provides everything she thinks you all will need and more. Thanks so very much. We would stay here again when we come back to visit Puerto Rico!

Quick getaway

I stayed at this property for 5 days. I really enjoy the view of looking at the water and mountains. Everything was in close proximity and easy to get to. Alvy was very helpful when I asked for anything and very easy to reach I will definitely stay again, thank you sooo much

The Hills

My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort of this apartment. We decided to stay another 3 days. I highly recommend this apartment it felt like home. Next year if it's available I will rent it again.

Very nice property love that it was gated it made me and my partner feel very safe. There are no curtains in the living room which i would have loved if it had curtains because the sun gets very in the space at like 12-1pm other than that really great location and the host is super attentive and nice

Great Escape

Spent 8 days nestled in this beautiful house. Spotless, safe and located close to everything. Cant leave Alvy out of this great experience., She is in contact with her guests by checking up and promptly servicing any/ all of your needs. This is my 5th time stay @ Alvys her house and I'm sure I will be booking

Amazing! Home away from Home

Alvy is simply warm welcoming, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She checked on us and communicated effectively. Sh made sure we knew where everything was. The home as lovely, clean and have everything we needed from beach towels to mangoes on the tree! Perfect location and awesome view! Thank you for making our stay memorable! God bless!

The overall property is amazing. It’s very beautiful. I will say that if you don’t have a car, you will have to Uber everywhere and sometimes it can be hard. However, it’s very nice and quiet. It’s not far done Luquillo Beach which is incredible. Overall, it’s amazing.

Perfect in Every Way

Husband and I were in town for a wedding at the Wyndham resort. Communication was superb! Alvy answered messages very quickly and clearly. Check in was a breeze. We were surprised by how large the place was. All amenities were available. Thank you for the use of your lovely home, Señora Alvy. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect Location

This home is in the perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico, only 30 minutes from San Juan, the ferry and marina. There are many beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. Several local restaurants with a multitude of dining options are also within a few miles of the property. Access to the rainforest is minutes away as well. The home is comfortable, clean and a reflection of the PR culture. An electric gate secures the property. The owners are friendly and communicative during the entire process from booking to checkout. If you want privacy and convenient access to the north and east coasts, this is the place for you.

Did the job

The location was right down the street from the Rainforest and a close drive to Luquillo (15 min). 35 min to Ceiba to take the ferries to the islands. So it was perfect for what we were looking to do. The parking is steep and it is right across the Wyndham. We spent very little time in the house and used it as a hub. It was perfect for what we used it for. It's a traditional home. When there were guests upstairs it was a little loud. The rooms were cold. Had spices and basic kitchen stuff left over that we utilized and the beach chairs were clutch. Cinemas and a supermarket 10 min down the road.

Ok Place if your there for business

I stayed for a business trip, I guess it was ok. Things that would have made it better: this is a two story house, each separately rented. Everything that happens upstairs echoes on the first floor. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise. Since the property is close to the main road, you can here every car, and noisy music around. The property is well taken care of but, if you want peace and quiet stay this perhaps might not be the place. Neveltheless, Alvy Robles was very kind in responding to my calls and questions.

No walking distant to the beach at all

The house looks like in the picture she should have added a picture of the very steep hill where the house is located at. Also the picture of where you have to take the garbage no side walk and far. Also to the beds in the little room are very uncomfortable probably they are comfortable enough for teenagers but no for us the pool it’s mentioned in the ad we did not see it since it was far. The House was clean but not enough we didn’t use much of the things that there we bought disposable plates and utensils I called the owner I was to stay 10 days I stayed 3 she reimbursed the rest of the days Good luck

Great place!

We as a family had the best stay at Alvy's apartment. Nicely furnished and very confortable. Great location with view to the ocean (5 min away from Las Picuas Beach & right in front of Wyndham Beach Resort Hotel/Margariteville Vacation Club)and surrounding nature. Free mangoes ( from tree in property) every day for your delight was a plus. Alvy and Richie are excellent host and were available for us at all times when needed. We felt right at home and plan to come back again soon!

This property is 35 minutes away from the San Juan Air Port.
The apartment is very comfortable with 2 twin beds and 1 KING size bed.
Folding beds or air mattress upon request.

The apartment is private with a big security gate, with free parking area.
It's completely equip, SPACOUS KITCHEN. You don't need linen or cooking utensils.
Apartment also, has 2 TV's, 2 Blue Ray players, table games, dominos, Internet
WI-FI, ocean view balcony, BBQ, A/C throughout the apartment and inside laundry.
We have high chair, toys and play pan for children.

You will have access to a Pool, Tennis Court and the beach.

We are between 2 hotels ( Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel which is across the street and El Conquistador, minutes from each other).
You can take the ferry to Culebras and Vieques Island approx. 25 minutes away, Beautiful Luquillo beach is 7 minutes away and the famous rain forest (El Yunque) is approx. 10 minutes away.
Hacienda Carabali a place for horse riding, go cars, four wheelers and restaurant is 5 minutes away.
Best of all, we are across the street from Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel and Casino.
