Verdaderamente frente a la playa con puerta privada a la exclusiva playa aislada. Amenidades para toda la familia en el local.
Rio Grande tiene 4 campos de 18 hoyos aprobados por PGA; Todos ellos cerca del condominio.

Resort como servicios que incluyen piscina, canchas de tenis y baloncesto. Voleibol de playa y cancha de fútbol playa; Putting green, parque infantil. Todo rodeado de hermosas palmeras.
En el lado opuesto de la playa puede ver el bosque tropical El Yunque en una montaña impresionante que debe explorar.

Great location!

Property was as advertised, easy check in and out. We felt like we got to experience authentic Puerto Rican life, lots of great restaurants and coffee too! Not super touristy, but welcoming.

Clean and well-appointed

Lovely spot with easy beach access. Clean, quiet, & safe. Owner very responsive to questions and we had no issues during our stay. We liked having an assortment of beach chairs, umbrella, games, balls, etc to use and keep the family entertained. There was a high rip current risk during our visit (red flag at the private beach) so we couldn't swim there but a public beach with calmer waters is just a short a drive away. Also, an easy drive to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the ferry terminal to nearby islands. The nearby Wyndham resort is very close and a nice place (shaded, ocean views, no traffic) for daily run or walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again :) Highly recommend.

Beautiful escape

We loved our stay at Wildania's property. It's clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beach was very private and quiet and we loved staying in this more tropical area vs. the hotel district. Very close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

Wildas place was great! We had everything we needed, with a beautiful property, great pool, and private beach just steps from the property gate - and a litttle playground for the kids! Wilda had us stocked with beach and pool essentials like chairs, coolers, pool noodles, boogie boards, and some sports equipment. Luquillo Beach and the rainforest were less than a 10 min drive away!

Had a great stay!

The apt and location are fantastic. Close to other beaches to explore and El Yunque. Wilda is very responsive to questions and needs. Overall a great stay- highly recommend.

Good place to stay on the beach

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas week. There were even some tasteful holiday decorations in the living room which were a joy to see while being away from home. The beach and pool are a 30-60 second walk away, and the main closet has beach chairs, coolers, a ball, noodle floats, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. (No playing ball in the pool per the rules sheet they give you at the gate.) A basketball and tennis rackets/balls (so nice not to have to bring that stuff) games too. There are papertowels,TP,salt/pepper,spices. we only needed to buy food and drinks.The beach is beautiful with natural elements, such as trees for natural shade, bushes, some grasses and logs yet clean enough to run barefoot. Great for long walks.The water was warm in December.For snorkeling (bring your own gear) walk left until you see the tents and buoy. Snorkel from the buoy toward inland and follow the edge of the grass and rocks (45 mins for a slow snorkel). Shallow and good for beginners. We saw corral, small fish, some colorful, an eel and a small barracuda.Need a rental car, but it's worth it. Visit the El Yunque rainforest, free if you do not go to the welcome center.Visit Old San Juan - free phone tour on gpsmycity, the san-juan-walking-tour-3943

Perfect private beach setting

Loved the beautiful condo/courtyard/pool setting just steps from a private beach! Close to all of the activities we wanted to participate in…rainforest, golf, snorkel and kayak excursions all within a 10 to12 mile drive! It was the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation! Wilda was amazing!

Comfortable and convenient facility, clean and welcoming property.

Wilda was welcoming and easy to communicate with. She provided us with clear directions and recommendations. Our family of four enjoyed very much the cozy and clean apartment that had everything we needed with two kids. The beds were comfortable and the bath and pool towels were soft. It also had nice showers and fully equipped kitchen. The property has access to an amazing beach and pool. The location is very convenient and close to main attraction. We would definitely stay there again when in Puerto Rico.

Relaxing down time with family

Wilda was fantastic to work through all the details for renting this property - she was very responsive and even made sure to give us notice about the dishwasher not working before we arrived so there were no surprises, plus, this really wasn't a big deal to us. I would not hesitate to return to this property because of its prime location on the beach, in a quieter area of the "tourist strip" of the East region. In comparison to Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches, we liked not having a crowded beach and the hassle factor of packing our gear, paying for parking and walking to find a spot. It's also in close proximity to restaurants, groceries and convenience shopping.

Beautiful Property!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Clean, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. My children and I loved it there ! Proximity to other activities was wonderful; great location. Only a minute walk to the private beach which was peaceful, and quiet with plenty of space and palm trees to provide shade. The condo has absolutely everything you need for your stay to feel all of the comforts of home, and enjoy a vacation at the beach and adventures in the rainforest. The washer and dryer in the condo was also such a convenience. Wilda was wonderful; an excellent with communication and all of our needs. Can't wait to return! Thank you!

Great Beach Condo

Our family of four stayed for several days at this lovely condo steps away from the beach. We liked that they had a washer and dryer, good AC and plenty of space. The area is gated and very safe with pizza, ice cream, drinks and a convenience store about a mile away. Owner communication was excellent. We would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful Condo and Property

Wilda’s condo is in a wonderful complex with kind neighbors and other families staying. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us.2 adults, 2 kids 8 and 13. The condo itself was very well stocked, in addition to nice amenities such coolers, beach towels, a beach umbrella, chairs, and pool floaters for the kids. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The beach while there was nice and calm with small waves for everyone to play in while the weather was good. The pool was also great with the water being a good temperature like the ocean. The location was perfect for exploring El Yunque, and several other beaches such as Luquillo and Seven Seas. You do need a car but there are several restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay at Wilda’s beach home again.

The perfect stay. Everything was as described and was perfect for our trio of adults. All the amenities were excellent. The location was even better. Just a short stroll to the private beach. Perfect PR location- beautiful beach & pool

We loved the location (30 mins from airport, 45 from old town San Juan, mins from El Yunque, 30 mins from Bio Bay tourn in Fajardo), safety (gated) & security, stunning beach, and cleanliness of the apartment, complex and pool! Wilda was a wonderful host- quick and easy check-in and out processes, and quick to respond to questions. Loved our first time in PR- would stay again!

I work as an optometrist and my husband is business man/ administrator .
We have 2 dogs and our passion is our beach house which is located 40 minutes from our home. This mean we use to come often and relax at the beach and the golf courses around here. Rio Grande is the town in PR with more golf courses available. This is a little town located to the east coast . All golf courses in here are located at 3-10 minutes away from our beach house. San Juan International Airport is 25 minutes away . El Yunque National Rainforest is 10 minutes away. Fajardo is 15 minutes away , where you can get a ferry to Vieques or Culebra ( you can't miss these day trips ). Carabali is a beautiful farm for horseback riding which is located in Luquillo , 10 minutes from our apartment.
