The room was super clean, roomy for just the 2 of us. The owners thought of everything you might need. Balcony doors were very hard to open but my husband is handy and had them opening quickly. The view was great. Relaxing. The pool was excellent. Never busy and plenty big. Plenty of sun chairs and tables. Even a grilling area which we used a lot. Can’t wait to go back.

This little retreat had everything you needed for a perfect stay at the beach. Beach chairs, a kitchenette, and a great air conditioner. I had forgotten my conditioner and there some was in the cabinet. I enjoyed waking up every morning and relaxing on the balcony. Can’t beat the access to the beach as well as a two pool option. Only thing I had a problem with was when I came back from the race at 1:30 am, I had a tough time finding a parking spot. I found one I was able to get but people who came after me, did not find a spot. Only circumstantial though. Overall, great place to stay for a great price!

The room was very well appointed,water pressure great ,cold AC great views out door pool and indoor pool. Room had everything you needed for your stay Jose replaced the TV while we were there! Very clean as well. Only suggestion is to up date mattresses and a Keurig coffee pot would be nice

Check in and out was easy. Shower pressure was great. Key system is frustrating but was improved after a couple of days. Smelled like smoke but was clean. Everything in the picture for use wasn’t there to use. Parking was free. Sliding door wouldn’t open until extreme force was applied. Overall it was a good stay and worked for a couple.

We enjoyed our stay in Daytona Beach. Jose was a great host and his condo is just as described online. It had everything we needed.

Nice little place. Pool is very nice. Location and beach access was great!! Priced fairly!! Owner responds immediately with any issues. Easy in easy out.

Awesome stay!

The studio was very cute and extremely accommodating! 2 full size beds, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, along with a small area off the bathroom that’s holds all the odds and ends you need! Location is a little down on the strip which is great when you consider traffic but just close enough to public parking where we could access the boardwalk and get where we needed easily (we had family down in the resorts). The studio came with beach chairs / beach umbrella / paddles boards / beach towels great for anyone who is flying and can’t take all that with them. The previous reviews about the sliding glass door are accurate but it’s not an issue it was hard to open BUT it’s literally off the beach exposed to all that sand and weather it just takes a little force. Outside and inside pool and a small activity room. Laundry on site, Keyless entry, and easy access to the elevator (3rd floor apartment). For my family 1 adult and 2 kids this was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great location, ocean front views. Comfy beds. Room needs a bit of attention,nails and screws sticking out of the walls. Patio doors to the balcony were difficult to open and do not lock. Enjoyed our stay.

2 Week Beach Vaca

Although the converted resort is an older property, all units have a marvelous ocean view, which we enjoyed every day on the balcony. The unit was small, more suitable for two adults or two adults and small children. Unit was clean, well maintained and included many extras: beach equip, games, cooking spices and sundry items. The indoor and outdoor pools were both clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay

This condo had all the conveniences that you could want. I had one minor problem opening the door to the outdoor sitting area, but sent a message and within an hour it was addressed and fixed. I will be back!

Trouble getting in the door

Took me 1 1/2 hours to get in as there were two locks on the door and both were locked. Apparently the bottom lock is normally unlocked, but the guys were in spraying for bugs and locked them both. I only had the code for the upper lock. Fortunately I found the office and they were able to help. Mattress on bed needs to be replaced. Fantastic air-conditioner! Otherwise it was perfect!

Best Choice

The location was perfect for the event we attended.. it was far enough away from downtown noise but close enough for a short Motorcycle ride to main st.. The ocean view was great!! Of course weather was a bit cool n breezy ,but it didn’t affect our good time… The unit was spacious and very clean.. Would highly recommend

Great view and steps to the beach!

The condo had all I could need for my 5 night stay. Place was clean, resort had the added amenities of an indoor and outdoor pool, beach access, game room, laundry and more. Overall, listing description was accurate and I was happy with my stay here. Definitely recommend!

It was perfect!!! room was very clean. Everything you need is there, plus a beautiful view of the ocean, an added bonus the own and cleaning crew is extremely profesonal and goes above and beyond. Will defiantly come back

What we needed for a short trip

The beds were comfortable, the tv worked the pools were great! Easy check in and out. Wonderful right on the beach and ocean views off the balcony that was big enough to sit and relax or enjoy morning coffee. Very peaceful. Keep in mind this is out of the owners control. The floor above is smoked weed all day and all night that it was pumped through the bathroom vents. It was so strong. Cleaning services needed some help, again this may be out of the owners control if they hire a private company. But there was open empty bottles of rum behind the curtains, and sofa. But we just tossed them away. :)
